Pretty nice visit. The coke tasted like diet so we ordered Sprite which was so-so, but still tasted off. Waitress was good, but slow. In all our meal was pleasant. Would definitely go back.

It was an awesome experience. Food quality is great and also the restaurant is cheaper than others. Best combination ever. Service is too good there. We’ve had quesadillas, fries, cheese balls and of course a delicious dessert. I suggest you to go there and try it out at least once. Chili’s you guys rock!

My husband and I took my son, who is a student at the university of Albany, out to dinner at this chili’s restaurant. Our waiter was Josh. We ordered my food nice and slow. We ordered tableside guac and also salsa and chips. Along with our entrees. For some reason josh brought our entrees out before our appetizer. I told him, what do you mean? Your bringing the entrees out before the appetizer? He acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and told me that next time I should be more specific about wanting the appetizer before our entrees. I should not have felt like it was my fault that I ordered my food correctly and thought the waiter would know that an appetizer should be served before the entree. An appetizer is a starter. Josh even put a blackberry lemon on our tab. We never ordered that drink. So we are the appetizer as our food got cold. Then had a cold meal. I understand the restaurant was under renovations but customers should not have to suffer for this and just when my son needs our support before finals and as the school year is coming to an end I just felt powerless over asking for a manager. We ended up leaving half our food there because it was too cold to eat. That was a shame. Hopefully someone explains to josh that an appetizer is always served before an entree. Other than that I would love to go back again. Hopefully I will feel more welcome there next time I do go back. I guess I’ll explain everything to the t that I want my appetizer before the meal. Hopefully I won’t have any trouble then.

Staff were so nice! No wait time! margaritas were absolutely delicious!!! I was able to completely enjoy my time with my friend! All Chili's needs is a dance floor , lol :)

Good food. Decent service and prices. Nice deals going with free chips or drinks or whatever if in the club at least makes you feel a little appreciated.
