The server was really nice, but the place was super dirty. The table felt sticky and so did the menus. When our food came out, my fajita wood plate had old dried food still on it and my son's bowl of mashed potatoes had ranch dressing on the side even though there wasn't any ranch dressing in his order. It just made me feel gross.

I haven’t been in years. Today was my daughter’s birthday and the food was great. Our server was great. I like when they bother you and you be like gone girl I’m eating. That was our server. Love it

I always love going to Chili's with family.  The menu has something for everyone.  Tried the Cajon Chicken Pasta this time and it was great. The waitress was helpful and friendly.

Our server, Lexi was great, she had great customer service, and great attitude, she never left our cups empty, and was very pleasant to order with, she had great recommendations and made sure that we left satisfied and full. 

2 thumbs up guys you need more servers like Lexi to bring back the great genuine customer service experience, that will keep the customers coming back.

Food is good.....staff is incompetent. I order regularly through Postmates and my order is wrong nearly every time. The last few times I've ordered off the "party menu" I received the single serving. This time after making my order on Postmates, I called and asked to please ensure I got the 15 piece Honey Chipotle chicken crispers, not the single meal with sides. I was told they will double check and make sure it's right. For the first time I actually got the 15 piece.... except it was plain with no honey chipotle sauce. Normally I'd would shrug it off but this many screw ups is beyond acceptable. This is not a Postmates problem, it's a Chili's problem. Cooks can't read a ticket and server can't seem to simply double check an order, even after being notified of reoccurring issues.....and this is the industry pushing for $15/hr?!? Im not asking for much here, just to simply get what I order and pay for. Geez people this isn't that complicated, it's actually about as basic as you can get. And to top it off the manager was pretty complacent when notified which speaks volumes.
