Service is quite caring and attentive. The food is simply, just Chili's. Good enough for a quick meal if you are super hungry; if you are expecting fantastic cuisine, Chili's is not the place for you. Update: today we downgrade this chili's from 4 stars to 1. The fajitas had beef that was unedible - gave them a try but each piece was just plain tough as shoe leather...and no one seemed to care. This was on top of a really dried out BBQ ribs the week prior. Convenient location but food is now officially horrible.

Food was average. Service could have been better. Server had to many tables to manage. When leaving my 70 year old mother was forced to use the kiosks to pay. When it wouldn't read her card we had to pay in cash. General manager told us it's a new payment system an had to work bugs out of it. I'm from the Cincinnati area and will never return to this location. However I'm sure this happens in other states also.

Best chili's i have ever been too. Burgers tasted like real beef. Had no idea a burger could taste so good. Good service . Nice staff

Service and staff were great. Food seemed like it had not been made to order. Something as easy as chicken tenders should taste fresh but it wasn't very good. I get that it's all frozen but overall, meh. To reiterate though, nothing was wrong with the service.
