Always expect a crowd! They're almost always slammed when I've gone, which takes away from their amazing food and great servers. There are some things that could be done to make the experience more enjoyable (napkins at the table maybe?) but overall I highly recommend you give it a try. Lunch especially is a great time to go if you want to try something new and save some cash.

When I ordered a 6oz steak, I was told  they did not have any more 6oz steaks tonight, but they did have 10 oz for $4 more.  I asked if they would meet me halfway with the price since I really did not want a larger steak.  He went back and spoke with the manager.  The waiter was very nice, unfortunately his manager Anthony was not.  He refused to do anything. Not even a simple "sorry."  He instead told me to order something else if I can't pay the extra $4.  My family was as shocked as I was. How rude can you get?!

My husband and I really enjoy coming here. It's always super loud and crowded but that's for good reason. The food is always fresh, quick, and delicious and the staff is always very welcoming and friendly. We recommend the chicken crispers, steak, steamed broccoli side, molten lava cake, and margaritas ☺️

Had a wonderful lunch with daughter and son in law. Server was Tara. She was very attentive to our every need. I thought the potato soup would be thicker. We got lots of food. Finished our meal with the Molten lava cake. Was really good. The three of us shared. We have made plans to come back in the summer. Traveling 40 miles just to eat at Chili’s. Was well worth the trip.

I have one criticism. I am in a wheelchair. Your ladies room needs to be bigger. Was very hard to maneuver.

Waitress was great. Chicken strips was horrible. All my strips were thin like a green bean and hard. Mostly breading. She did bring me another order not too much better.
