They always do a fantastic job at serving despite the large crowd that there always is. They always keep calm and serve with a smile. Excellent customer service and food from this Chilli's.

Ordered take out and the food was sloppily prepared. The portions were about half of what they are in the actual restaurant. Use to be good before though. I would recommend teriyaki madness which is in the area but the downside it closes at 9 pm.

Absolutely the WORST Chili’s ever! I placed a to-go order, went there on time and waited 15 more mins, I showed the waitress my reward for “free dessert” she told me I wasn’t allowed to get that because I can only get it at my local restaurant, no where on the coupon does it say that on top of that I’ve used coupons before that wasn’t at my local restaurant so I was confused. I then pulled up the coupon on my app she then went to her manager and came back and said “my manager would only give you as a one-time thing”. Next I received my pastas with no bread (I usually get 5 garlic bread) with what I order. I told them (the cashier and another) I didn’t received it they went back inside, after they haven’t return in another 15 mins, saw one of the waitress and asked about the garlic bread, she said that they don’t have. It’s an early Saturday afternoon(not even busy as yet, and you don’t have garlic bread?) and I would have been waiting there forever because no one even came back and told me that there was no garlic bread I had to ask about it again. Anyways this was my first time going there and I will never ever go back there, they are the worst!! I recommend going to the other one in Kendall on 88th, they are the best, and Ive never had an issues with them and I’ve been ordering from them for years!!

One of my favorite Chilli's. It is not as packed as the others. Great service. We had the chicken crispers and it was very delicious!!

This place has very unprofessional immature employees working for them as soon as you walk in no one acknowledges you they hide in the back kitchen until they want to come out. MY WORST EXPERIENCE I walked in to the "TO GO" area and as soon as the guy finished with the customer in front of me he ran to the back for 10 min. I CALLED THE LOCATION AND ASKED FOR MY ORDER AND THE GUY DIDNT BOTHER TO SHOW HIS SELF UNTIL I HUNG UP TO TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 20 MINUTES BECAUSE THEY ARE BACKED UP.  WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...
