Food was good but the employees were rude and unprofessional. Walked in 30 minutes before closing to place a to go order and we were made aware that they wanted to close and not serve. We assured them we'd be quick. We were handed 1 menu for 3 people and the host walked off annoyed so we went and got 2 more menus on our own. When the order was placed we even heard to cooks from the back asking if we were serious and the waiter who took our order had to yell back YES! Need better training on customer service. 2 out of the 3 of us have worked in the restaurant industry and agreed we would've been fired for that.

Beside the hostess the service was great. The food taste excellent, receive our meal in minutes after we order. The server was outstanding and she was in training.  Her  trainer was there and she did a great job. That's enough said, my wife and i enjoy the whole venue

My friend and I walk into the restaurant and immediately got a waiter. She wanted us to sit by the bar area, but it was so trashy/dirty and the tables on the other side were clean. My friend says " Do u mind if we sit over there? " the lady responds " Why y'all don't want to sit over here? " My friend and I were just looking at each other like " Is this chic crazy? " So now she has an attitude, but she lets us sit on the other side. Then I'm looking around at other costumers food and I'm thinking " Where's the food? " We order a couple of drinks, then we are just ready to go so as we're walking out, this stupid waiter says, " Oh where y'all going? Did I do something wrong? " We just continued walking out. 

If you know you did something wrong, why are you asking if you did. Then she was very flirtatious with the male costumers. I couldn't deal with her!

Giving three stars based on my last take out visit.  Salad was old and wilted shouldn't have been given away let alone sold, 10 ounce steak was small.  Previous two visits we're five star.

We waited to sit down, no one was at the front.  We were ignored once we got to sit down, and when we places our order, we did NOT get our chips and salsa at the beginning of the meal, it came towards the END of out meal, and some guy came and shoved the guacamole I had ordered with the chips when we were getting ready to leave.  This was by FAR the worst experience I have ever had at Chili's.
