AWFUL costumer service. I bought a smok Al85 just two weeks ago and suddenly it was broken. When I took it back they made me to buy a new battery and they did not even feel sorry about this. And I can’t believe This was the manager of the store. You will not be happy after buying from this store.

I just bought a smok v8 from this fine facility. The battery was having some problems so I took it back and the staff gave me a new battery no questions ask. Both the employees were very kind and helped me throughout the buying process. They have a great selection with a lot of juice flavors. I would recommend this shop to any vaper out there. VAPE ON!

My husband bought a tank from the store yesterday because the other tank he had was missing O rings and leaked. The store didn't have any in stock. The store employee set up the tank and filled it for him. My husband proceeded to use the tank for the rest of the day and through part of the night since he works nights. The tank leaked so much more than the original tank without O rings, that he had to put it in the trunk and stop using to keep from ruining his clothes. We called the store to see if we could bringing it back for a refund and the gentleman said yes. Today we went in and explained the situation and the girl in the shop said they don't do refunds unless the product is defective. Who knew leaking excessively is something you have to expect from Imperial Vape Tanks? Our expected 10 min trip turned into an hour of the girl getting rude and arguing with my husband that she would have to try it out and that it wasn't defective it was my husband (all without trying out the tank to see if it actually was leaking, my husband had to suggest she try it before she finally did). I'd hate to see what she considers defective. We were first time customers and will never recommend this store nor be returning customers. The customer service is good as long as you're buying something but true customer service is getting a repeat customer out of a tough situation... Customer service here is awful!

One of the best vape shops around town. Staff is very friendly an knowledgeable. Don't know what it is but all the juices that I get from them go well with my setups. The layout isn't to complex, and prices are clearly visible. I hate shops were you have to ask for a price and try to guess if your gonna get ripped off.
