I have never experienced a dining experience like I have today. My friend and I arrived around 1:40PM to have lunch and we were seated in the back with two other young ladies at the hibachi grill. We ordered our sushi rolls as an appetizer but they did not come until our food was almost done being prepared. I requested no eel sauce on my American sweetheart roll, but when the waitress brought it to me she stated, "the chef said without the eel sauce it would be dry so he put it on there." How do you put something that I specifically requested on the side on top of my roll anyway. Clearly he made an error and did not feel like correcting his mistake. My hibachi chicken was rubbery and drowned in so much soy/teriyaki sauce that I could not eat it. The other young ladies across from us stated that their chicken was rubbery as well and the food didn't taste the same but they didn't want to complain because it seemed as if we were being rushed out of there. Lastly, they cut off ALL the lights in the restaurant at 2:15PM, the only remaining lights were the dimly lit lights above our hibachi table. My friend had to find her way to and from the bathroom in the dark before we left. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE!

On Friday July 14, 2017 I was very excited about trying something new. Me and a friend entered Miyako Hibachi around 9: 45, we were greeted and seated rite away. It was clean and the atmosphere was very cozy. We ordered our drinks and as the waiter came back with them we were asked to move to the other end of the table away from the view of the hibachi experience, to accommodate a large party. We told the server we didn't want to move cause we came for the experience, she didn't care and we got up to find a manager. Two associate told us the manager was off so we left. Will not go back and I will tell my customers about my experience.

Food taste good due to all the butter, fats, oils, salts, and added in additives; however after eating the food here , I notice it will place you into a sleep itis. As if the food drains the life force out of you. I would recommend using less butter and oils on food and more Organic because the food will tire you out and isn't nutritionist.

This our second time eating here. The food is great but the service could be better. Once we arrived no one was to the host desk. We saw 2 servers no one said anything to us. I had to finally ask for someone to help us. She had an attitude.

Smallish portions. Charge extra for fried rice. They give a 10 percent discount for military, but not on tea or fried rice. all the food ordered was bland. The super crunch rolls avacodo was sliced so thin, you couldn't taste it. 11.95 for 8 smallish, flavorless pieces. Nothing 4 star here, except maybe the service.... Which is saying a lot these days
