We where told it was going to be a few minutes and we sit down to wait.  About 20 minutes past, another couple walks in and they where sitter immediately.  Don't know it it makes a difference,  we are white the other couple was black.   Don't think that should have made a difference,  but why was we by passed.  2 of u's and 2 of them.  Will not be back.  This happen November 2, 2017.

It was  horrible , the place was dirty,  under staffed,  the  food was  overcooked, the  staff  took too long to serve you when they were  doing  absolutely nothing  but standing  around.  Even  the  restroom  was nasty.  I'm not going there again.

I always enjoy Chili's. Their cheese burgers and loaded baked potato soup are delicious. They also have the best queso spinach dip. They serve it in a cast iron skillet and it's never enough. I should subtract a ☆ for that but I won't.

Ribs & fries were room temp. Fries are not  good when not hot. Fried cauliflower was 90% crust and only 10% cauliflower  and it was hard crust. The buffalo dipping sauce tasted just like Tabasco. 
If it's your 1st time there be sure to approach front desk to give them name and how many in your party because they surely don't approach you to ask.
Had to wait good 20 minutes for a table
It's very loud and noisy.
After getting our plates we also asked for a rib eye to go. When we were done eating and ready to go the steak had not even been ordered yet. Had to wait additional 20 min. When we finally got order I could not get out due to a waitress putting serving table in front of me. When she emptied the serving table she still did not move it but made me continue to stand and have to wait to leave. Finally another employee came up behind me and grabbed the serving table so I could leave.
Was not a good dining experience for me.

Filthiest Chili's we've ever been to in our life. Dried barf on front walk, and overflowing trash can as well. Front glass doors looked like they were smeared with God knows what. Tried to overlook the grossness because we hadn't eaten all day...but, inside the floors were dirty, and the  women's bathroom was gross. Figured we would have a drink and watch a bit of football and ordered chips and queso. The chips were literally wet with grease( I hope that's what it was?) and then they ran out of Chardonnay after only one glass. Left to order Dominos pizza and eat in our hotel room. Seriously disgusting and disappointing. Didn't waste time taking my pictures.
