I almost feel weird giving Chili's so many stars, but I had a genuinely good time. The service was quick and professional and everyone was smiling. My watermelon margarita was delicious and refreshing. I branched out and tried something new (the chicken and waffles) and I loved it. It may be a big chain and maybe my meal was not too healthy, but they have some yummy stuff.

Nobody greeted or seated us when we walked in. We sat down at a table but then a host told us we had to move. We decided to leave but then the manager came out, repeatedly apologized, and for the rest of our stay we enjoyed excellent service and delicious food. Because management stepped up and saved the day we plan on returning soon.

My family has eaten here over the past years and we have had good and bad staff, good and bad meals, so I would say this is hit or miss on the service and food. We have had some minor issues (25%) of the time. In the past the manager was very dismissive on problems however you do get what you pay for and this CHEAP!!! This is the best bang for the buck in Ramsey based on price.
