Slow. Dirty. Under staffed. That about sums up this Smash Burger location. It took me about 20 minutes to get through a line about 3-4 parties deep. After that, I waited 30 minutes for my burger in a filthy restaurant with garbage everywhere and unclean restrooms. On top of that, 3 of the soda fountains didn't work. Save yourself the trouble and go to Five Guys for your burger craving in the area.

I love the food go there at least once a month but too slow not enough workers, they don't get the orders right takes to long I water 45 mins for the wrong order. They also say 29 min wait when there's no one in the place.

Disappointing! Crew slow as molasses on a slow Thursday evening. Brought food but not shake to table till I had almost finished my dinner! Went back to counter to check on shake and she "had five shakes to do"! BTW, food was more greasy than other SBs. Down vote to food too.

Great place to bring your kids. The high ceiling makes it so that no matter how much noise they make (within reason of course...), they won't bother anyone else. Also the staff are very family friendly.
