Was excited to come eat here with my family for dinner. We wanted to go somewhere nice. Got seated after 10 minutes. Took 10 minutes to get our drinks, didn't see our waiter for another 15 minutes. Needed refills by then. She gave us refills, and then left again. Comes back in 10 minutes after we had been waiting almost 30 minutes to place our order. Our waitress takes our order. About 5 minutes before getting our food, the manager comes to tell us they were out of the plates of food three of us ordered. First of all... WHY wait until everyone's food is done to come tell us that you don't have that certain food. That was annoying. So we waited a few more minutes, for our refills and our food. Our food was absolutely awful. None of us even finished our plates. By the time, we had finished our food. The other three finally got their food. Which was about 15-20 minutes later. And what's funny is.. The refills and food delivery wasn't even from our waitress. What was she doing? Just wondering. If it weren't for the manager giving us three free drinks and trying to make it better, we would probably would have got up and left. Never been so poorly treated. It was not worth it & I would NEVER recommend this restaurant. We had a $184.00 bill & it was ridiculous we spent that much to not even like the food at all and have poor service. Take your money elsewhere if you plan on getting your money's worth.

Was pretty disappointed this time around. My husband and I are frequent guests at this Chili's (being locals) we always sit at the bar area because of the quick service and USUALLY child-free atmosphere. We really feel like we didn't get a chance to enjoy our meal and found ourselves rushing out the door as fast as we possibly could, without even finishing our food. The problem for us was a manager actively engaging a small child in climbing and crawling all over the booths and tables to "mock" clean. (Complete with his own spray bottle) This would have been fine if it was one table. But this was a very loud extended 20 min event that quickly lost it's charm. I can appreciate the friendliness and patience of the employees dealing with this inconvenience, however the entire atmosphere of the bar area was ruined for us.

Ashley was our server and she was awesome. Engaged with our kids and was very friendly. Food and drinks were awesome. They have happy hour everyday. Looking forward to going back on our next visit to Myrtle Beach !

We love this Chili's! My family comes here often. I love the fact that they have the long booths. It is so much more comfortable than a table. They also have a great staff and food.

We frequent the local Chili's at home often, but this one in Myrtle Beach was pretty bad. The food took almost 30 minutes to come out, they forgot to bring the side salad, the chips n salsa was full of salt, and once our bill came that wasn't even correct.
