I enjoy a good sub. Great fresh bread. Extraordinary toppings.  This place seems as if it's always quiet.  I feel awkward coming in like staff isn't used to dealing with customers.  No complaints as far as speedy service and quality of food tho.  I dip in here every once and awhile tho for that Turkey Tom

This was my first (and likely last) experience with Jimmy Johns. My husband and I went there on a Saturday night. This is in a touristy location during the offseason. We were literally the only car in their parking lot and their only customers. Despite this, the person taking our order said all of two words to us and was more interested in texting as her iphone was sitting next to the counter.  
Aside from subpar service, I also found the menu and quality of food lacking. I could find a similar sandwich at a grocery store deli for less than half the price. Bread was hard and cold, like it had been in a fridge all day. We also weren't offered a bag to carry our multiple sandwiches and bags of chips for our to-go order...is that normal? Not impressed.

Food was ok, staff was rude and on the cell phone during my order. Said it was to go and got no bag or anything. Wouldn't go here again
