Worst Chili’s I’ve ever been to and I’m a HUGE Chili’s fan! Stopped here in route to Oklahoma. My Seared Caribbean shrimp salad was dry and the lettuce was discolored. The mandarin oranges were extra soggy just nothing about the salad was fresh! My daughters chicken poppers from the children’s menu were dry as well and hardly any meat was on the inside! Pretty much nothing but skin. My boyfriend said he got a bad vibe because when he arrived there to pick up our food, nobody was at the hostess stand, stood there a little while longer and he had to go find somebody to get our pickup. If we weren’t to tired from traveling I would’ve taken our food and got our money back! Would not recommend this Chili’s!

Me and my friends came to chillis on a Sunday night around 1030. We thought it closed at 12 but we were then told it closed at 11. Our waitress smiled the whole time and never seemed aggravated! Another worker told us our server had a table with multiple people leaving without paying or tipping earlier that night and she never showed it. She was the best server I've ever had. The 5 stars is for my server!

My husband and I came in from Florida. And we stopped at Chilis for a salad. The bartender was excellent but I'd like to tell you the manager was supreme. This was last night October 2. Nicest manager I've ever met at Chilis. The Mitchell's Fort Worth Texas

We normally enjoy Chili's, but this location has a lot of problems. The music was annoyingly loud. They gave my diabetic wife sweet tea when she ordered unsweetened. My knife was encrusted with something very large and green. They were out of chili (at lunch!), and the wait staff couldn't describe the other options on the lunch special menu. While my skillet arrived sizzling, my wife's was luke-warm. The food was reasonably good and at a reasonable price, at least. However, this Chili's badly need a good manager to clean up their act, I believe.

Our Chili's favorite has long been the Quesadilla Explosion salad. It was great as usual, but would have been best if you included the garnish of corn tortilla strips.
My mom ordered a taco and enchilada, but was disappointed she could not get a taco with a crisp corn tortilla shell. Seems that these tacos should always be on the menu at a restaurant purporting to serve Southwest fare.
