This place is not bad if you are lucky enough to get staff that aren't complete dolts. So many times I have made an order and about 85% of the time the order is so distant from what you ordered that you question their intelligence. Furthermore, the cashiers always seem to never be actually listening to the customer and seem, otherwise, preoccupied. I will be notifying management of this incompetence, and we will most likely not return till this is fixed.

With Wing Stop being a chain, I'm sure they do have locations that are great, but this one is terrible. There is always a wait, which I understand because the food is cooked to order, but a 45 minute wait is ridiculous, although not uncommon. The food is good, when you actually receive what you ordered, but more often than not they mess up at least one aspect of an order. I would recommend placing a to-go order ahead of time and then picking it up, but be sure that they actually receive your order. In the past I have ordered online and walked in to pick up my food only to find that they never printed the order and hadn't started. I would give them 1 star, but the food is pretty good when done right. Just be warned.

I ordered online and went to pickup my food only to be told that the online system doesn't work at their store. Their website does not keep up to date information regarding this and it seems that you're expected to know that it is out. The food here is ok, there are better wing places around the country, but this is the only one I am aware of in Ruston.

Service was SLOW. Food was good except my fries were cold.

The food is good... waiting 20 min after you get there to pick up your online order that said it would be ready at that time... is not good. Finding out your 20 piece is 5 wings short and your 12 piece is 2 wings short when you get home... well that's just terrible. I called back(I love 15 min away) and was given a number to call. I'll see what they say in the morning.
