I ordered a salad and my buddy ordered a steak. Well when I got my salad it literally looked like both the waitress and the cook DID NOT CARE. The lettuce was all wilted and brown. Come on people. You don't leave a salad sitting in a 100 degree kitchen for 15 minutes. As we say in the restaurant industry "it dies". Obviously they have VERY POOR AND INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT. These people weren't trained properly.

If only "A" for effort was a real thing. The waitress was new, and I'm sure she meant well. However, it was mistake after mistake after mistake. The manager tried to make it right afterwards which I appreciated, and is the only reason I gave this review more than a scathing comment and one star. Get it togther Chilis you used to be my "go to spot." The ribs sure were good though!

I am a avid reviewer on restaurants. Chilies had been my favorite since I was a youngster. Staying savage all ma live ya feel me. This restaurant is da bomb. When I got here I got the famous saying “welcome to chilies” I felt like a million bucks. The food was savage. This restaurant is savage. Issa lit place family.

Thought about getting up to leave because it was so dirty but stuck it out... mistake number one. Then I got the nachos, save yourself and avoid the $9 disappointment of 12 chips smothered in a gross amount of cheese. If I was drunk and ordered these my hatred for this establishment would be greater. Save the hourly wage of whatever poor soul had to decorate each chip and give me back a messy plate of goodness. What happened chilies?!?? You guys used to be the bomb and now your just bombing.

Terrible place. My first time at this location and four of the eight tables around me had garbage and dirty plates on the tables the entire hour and fifteen minutes that I was present, some staff happened to be extremely pleasant, however, our waitress made it clear that we were intruding on her time every time we had a question or needed a drink refill. Absolutely would not go back.
