Story

Pizzico Ristorante Italiano & Martini Bar is a warm and casual dining experience where great food is our obsession! Our authentic Italian dishes are prepared with fresh herbs and the finest ingredients. Fresh basil, rosemary, olives, tomatoes, olive oil and specialty vinegars are the foundation of our signature Mediterranean dishes. Very nice bartender was totally overwhelmed and service was slow especially for sitting at the bar. She ran around like chicken with it's cut of but never remembered what she was trying to accomplish. I asked a worker behind the bar for a menu and he said he would get the bartender. (We tried that already). I guess he was just a drink mixer. Is it really so hard to get two menus that the bartender has to do it. This place  has a confused dysfunctional operational system and may need new management. Also the chicken piccata my wife ordered was tasteless. They did take it off the bill though. Maybe everyone just had a bad night but I certainly can't recommend nor will we return to Pizzico any time soon.

Love this taste of Italy. Great place.. Excellent pizza you can design ur own  great menu with a ton of choices.. ..  the most attentive&accommodating bartenders we've come across works 6 days a week.. Go say hello! Don’t try and call this place or even use their app. On their website it says “10%” off your first online order if you download their app. Well apparently the tech guy is on vavcation because when I tried it didn’t give me the discount. So I called and asked what I should do. The young lady who answered said to continue with the order and it will be taken off automatically. Well guess what, that didn’t happen either. So when the confirmation email arrived and said “If you have any questions or concerns about your order, or if you need to make a change, please give us a call.” We’ll I did that and was told 3 different things on why the “10%” wasn’t supposed to be there and was hung up on twice. So needless to say I didn’t get my order and won’t be trying again.

This is the best Italian restaurant. Very clean and fancy and the food there is delicious

Awesome food, good prices and awesome service. It is a busy place, however our longest wait thus far has been only 15 minutes, most times we are seated right away.
Wait staff is well trained and very pleasant.
