Good place with a lot of variety. Waiter was awesome... Justin..I think. It was packed but we only had to wait 5 min. Great food.

Worst chili's I've ever been to. Service is never above average, managers are nonexistent and decent food doesn't make up for it.

Food was great and came out promptly. My server was very kind and attentive. New pickles weren't great though. Overall experience was pretty good.

The food was great and our waitress was fantastic! Very enjoyable dinner with family.

Terrible manager. My family drove in from Houston this afternoon and soon after finishing our meals; a waiter accidently dropped an entire tray of food, plates and all, onto my mother's head. The manager's first comment was " so are they throwing food at you?" followed by laughter. Not a question as to how she was and if she was okay, but insisted she give them her name and number for "safety purposes." We asked if the bill could be covered and he laughed and proclaimed to practically the entire restruant the total. The poor waiter offered a sincere apology and was very sympathetic. Horrible manager; demeaning, sarcastic, and practically unapologetic for a mistake that could easily had caused a concussion or worse.
