Service was great! They've changed the menu up since the last time I've been there (2007) and it's great! The whole vibe is different and more inviting.

Your experience can greatly on the time you go, who your server is and the quality of for coming out. It's a chain restaurant and my personal experience is the food is slow to come out and often over or under cooked. I haven't ordered much off the bar so I cannot comment to their quality.

Having served for 6 years I was saddened by the poor service here. The hostess lacked any sense of hospitality, and without a smile simply said follow me....sat us....walked away. I was met with a poor facial expression from our server once I requested bottomless soup and salad....he folded his book shut before i finished ordering, then proceeded to cross his arms and lean up against a beam while we completed our order. Then 5 minutes later the server came back to confirm my soup and dressing of choice, both were incorrect. Our chips were brought out, but the requested guacamole wasnt brought out till we finished more than half of the chips.  The salad was good, but the tortilla soup tasted like a gravy with tons of salt in it. I left it at the edge of the table and our server proceeded to ignore the empty bowl, reaching over it for other dishes from beginning to end of our dining.  There was absolutely no sense of pride in serving, nor a perceived desire to be working. I wished I could have seen a glimpse of integrity, it was not there.

The last two times we've been there orders have been wrong and some were late. We went there on Thursday evening with an hour and a half before we had to leave.

We expressed to our waiter our needs and were assured that it wouldn't be an issue. It was. We had to leave without having eaten.  They did apologize and heavily discounted our meals. (We were eating with my parents, who stayed. Are their meal and had our meals packed up.) 

They said they were very understaffed that evening. Knowing that they should have informed us upfront. My daughter had to wait until after gymnastics to eat.

We decided to try again. Dinners were late. Orders were incorrect. They did comp a couple of desserts, which we couldn't stay and eat. Again this was a meal with my parents. At least they got my daughter's meal out in time for her to eat some of it.

The food we got was good. It the service with which I have issue.
