Last night 12/6/17...  I received the worst pizza ever! It was in a word...disgusting! There was hardly any sauce on it the cheese was missing in spots and the crust was thin on one side and thick on the other! Alls I can think is they had a new teenager cooking last night because usually it's good!

Before I start, I would like to say how I love papa johns and prefer pj pizza order any big pizza places. I never expect big service from pj. I've excused late deliveries in the past because I know the difficulty of getting orders to multiple places in a timely fashion but this time... I ordered online right before closing and Not only was the pizza an hour late. When I called to complain, they told me that there was nothing they could do but for me to wait... very dismissive. When I called the next day to speak to a manger. They told me again that there was nothing they could do and this time it was because I called to following day and not the day of (which I did). They don't even know the owners name. What's funny is that I want looking for a refund, just letting them no my grievance, which they were dismissive in any attempt to resolve. I called corporate which they informed me I couldn't do, because and I quote, " We're a franchise." Not knowing that I'm very familiar with business structure I got in touch with to right leadership at corporate. Very disappointed in how they choose to not handle my complaint.

Great pizza wonderful employees. I really enjoyed the tic tac toe game they supplied me with inside my box the kids really enjoyed that lol I wish I could give ten stars

I called the store and explained to them their website wouldn't let me order delivery. I still wanted the online deal but the cashier told me they could not do this. I find it unacceptable that I was required to pay more for a deal that I would have used if their website worked.

Tried to order special deal over the phone, employee told me he could not honor that deal because it wasn't in his "system" and to just go online.  I explained to him that there's no place online to emphasize how you want your food cooked (I wanted my wings to be well done). He continued to sound confused and passed me off to a manager who was equally as uninterested in trying to make things right.  I proceeded  to order online, said it was supposed to take 35 minutes... took over an hour.  When I got the food, pizza was cold and soggy, wings were undercooked, no plates, no napkins.  One of the worst ran Papa John's I've seen.  Poorly managed and lazy employees.
