Everything was wonderful today at Chili's. I had 8 PC boneless wings, honey chipotle with a side salad, and the Spicy Rita. He had 12 bone-in wings Nashville hot and honey siracha. Our server was awesome and took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed.Food: 5/5
This place was pretty busy when I dropped in during a thunderstorm. I was seated quickly and handed a menu. I was sitting for quite a long time before the server returned. I ordered a Chili's Philly with a starter of Fried Mozzarella, and asparagus instead of fries. When the Mozzarella sticks arrived, I was a bit surprised. I was expecting thinner sticks. They were okay, but I don't think I'd order them again. The Philly was really good. I really enjoyed it. Parking: The parking lot was fairly full, but I eventually got a spot.
We went to Chili's near Southpoint Mall for my daughter's 10th birthday dinner party with family. We made wonderful memories!!! Prompt reception, awesome waitress, clean restrooms, nice delivery/ presentation of food see pics, excellent presentation and delivery of "lava cake". Wide variety to chose from their menu and they do have separate kids menu with 'fresh' fruits. Nice... isn't it! Ziosk on your table is helpful to pay and use coupons from phone... and so on. Overall we had a great experience and we will go back here again!!!
First time at this location. Took a while before we were even acknowledged at the door and seated. Then took a while for the waiter to come take our order. Then took over 10 minutes to get drinks that tasted like it was washed with chlorine. And then over 30 minutes to get our appetizers that weren’t even hot. And food was not good. Will not be going again. Luckily we spoke with manager and got a lot taken off. The picture shown is my husbands quesadilla that tasted like grease.
The food was very disappointing. I thought the food would be piping-hot and fresh because of the time of the day. 11:30am Sunday One of my burgers was crispy with burnt edges. The chili-cheese fries were not prepared correctly. The Chili fries appeared to be old and definitely dried out. How? You JUST opened! ALL orders of fries were cold and over-cooked. Not a good experience. But my kids didn't mind too much. My last visit here, for a long while. Very disappointing. On the bright side, the server that help me was very respectful and professional. That's the only reason I'm giving three Stars
This was my second and last time visiting this restaurant. My first visit was about a month ago with two of my friends from Wake Forest for lunch. We had a good time, the food and beverage was as expected, the TVs were playing the basketball games that we were interested in, and the bartender did an excellent job. She was great! However, my second and last time was absolutely terrible. I know, hang on I'm getting there! My wife's parents offered to take us out for dinner close-by our home and I suggested Chili's grill & bar. Upon arrival around 6 p.m. on Sunday evening, we waited at least 8 minutes before we were greeted with no other customers around while we watched employees scratching their heads talking to each other at the hostess desk. This allowed me time to go out and smoke a cigarette only to find spilled food on the Chilli's To-Go sidewalk pick up area. Making a long story short, I finished my cigarette, went back in and we still had a 15-minute wait to be seated for dinner. Needless to say we had enough, and went right across the parking lot to Ted's Montana grill where we had at excellent dinner. We were greeted upon arrival and seated immediately. Too bad the leadership at this organization can't get it to work. If the leadership is listening to their patrons, Im your average guy with an Android phone that likes to take pictures and make reviews of restaurants around the country that I travel to. Some of my past reviews have been viewed over 68000 times from a O'Charley's in Orlando to the twisted oak tavern in Agoura hills California. Come on guys get it together you can do better than this.
1st steak was way overcooked and blackened. 2nd one jus plain seared to death and cold center. Ran out of tea, had to request a refill. Fries were old and cold as well as overcooked too. The loaded mashed potatoes was the best part of the meal.Food: 2/5
I ordered a quesadilla explosion salad yesterday and I received this order without the quesadillas. This was a to go order and I was really looking forward to have this salad with the quesadillas.Food: 2/5
Tragic. This Chili's has been going downhill for a while now. I used to love the cheese fries from here, but they are now dry, overcooked, and cold. I decided to try some other items off the menu and was disappointed with those as well; the food is always cold and tastes old. It's not a surprise that the parking lot is usually empty when I drive past there. Don't. Eat. Here. I decided to give them a chance one more time and the photo attached is what I received. Nope.
Just tried having dinner at this Chili’s we’re more than 50% of the tables were vacants. A gentleman who was carrying a trailer of empty dishes came and greeted us at the door and told us that it would be a half hour wait to be seated. He said we had the choice we could either stay and wait or leave, so we chose to leave. This is the most asinine thing that I have ever heard and the franchise owner and chilies corporate should be absolutely upset with this type of response. Totally unacceptable, will never recommend this location to anybody.
