Last time we were here was late last year and the food and service was just so-so. So we tried it again, starting at the reception, receptionist is very energetic. The menu looks new, although food selections I think is pretty much the same. The server was very lively and nice too. Although our food took longer than expected, the food tasted better than it used too. Restaurant seems clean and huge parking lot being shared by other business establishments nearby.
I’ve dreaded writing this review, but here we go. Went here on a Friday night. Wait time was long, but we waited. After we sat down, they put us in the back near the to go orders & no one was around us. A waitress came to help us after she said she saw us sitting there for a while without service. She said it wasn’t her table but helped us anyway. After we ordered I’m pretty sure we got forgotten about again. Waited a really long time for food to come out & I’m all about chilis, & this wasn’t that great. Potato soup & pasta was the best. Although I did ask for no bacon on my soup. Chicken tacos were not good & my friend didn’t even finish them. Chili was over cooked & overloaded with tortilla strips. Maybe it was just a bad experience at this location. On a positive note, Vicky the hostess was phenomenal!! Give that lady a raise!
Really good experience. They seemed a little understaffed, but it was also a Sunday and they had fantastic staff their to help bus, and take guests orders. Very good menu deals, the place appeared clean, and the food was very delicious. :
This is our first time doing curbside or even eating at chilis in Utah. We’ve both lived here for 7 years, and I can assure you we won’t be back. We waited for 20 minutes past our pickup time, so I called to get an ETA. However, Isabel decided to say “we only have one person on to-go, thanks” and hung up before I could even ask a question. I went into the restaurant and she walked back and forth not saying a word to anyone standing there FOR FIVE MINUTES. After that I just looked for our food and left. It Had been sitting there for 20+ minutes. And our food was burnt!!! This was the worst customer service experience. Don’t care how short staffed you are, you don’t treat paying customers this way! We won’t be eating here and we’ll make sure our friends and family boycott too.

We've been in town for almost a full month, eating out for dinner daily. The steak here was the best tasting one we've had thus far. Well seasoned and grilled to perfection med rare. The waiter I think his name was Johnathan, was very attentive and made the visit pleasurable. I will def be returning here again before we leave out next week.
I ordered food to go online, the manager brings it to my car and very rudely says they discontinued the chicken crispers and waffles. And kept repeating they have no waffles. And I said, "okay..so did we atleast get the chicken crispers?" And he yelled at me saying "no! I just told you it's discontinued". He walked away back inside and when my husband came back to the car from the bathroom I left him with our dog and went inside to talk to the manager. When I got inside I asked for a receipt showing the meal was taken off and I didn't need to pay for it, and he said that I've already paid for it and he can't give me anything to prove it was taken out. So I stood there telling him I need something in writing that will prove I won't be charged for the meal and he kept saying he couldn't give me anything. I told him if I'm not refunded for that meal, I want something that proves I didn't get it, so I can come back in to show I wasn't refunded and didn't get the meal. He kept arguing with me and eventually gave me a piece of receipt paper that says, "Megan did not get the chicken and waffles meal to go" with his signature. There was the bartender that was a witness as well as another employee sitting at the bar. I feel very disrespected being yelled at by the manager for something that wasn't my fault. The chicken and waffles was still on the website available to order, so why was I yelled at? and why couldn't they replace the meal with just the chicken crispers and fries? Either way, the manager must have had a bad night or something to take it out on me. It has been 9 days and I still haven’t received the refund for the missing meal.
Worst food ever! We will never be ordering from here ever again! The food was not only nasty but also not prepared well. The way things are today.l, I’d think you would make sure to keep customers satisfied and coming back.
Got here super late and it was busy, but seated right away. Staff was super friendly and attentive, even though there was huge parties all around.Recommended dishesBurger, Fajitas, Chicken Wings
This is probably the worst chills I’ve ever been too. The food was warm and not even that good the queso tasted like egg when it shouldn’t have .the drinks didn’t taste like the should have. Our waiter only checked on us two time. She treated us like we were the least of her problems she had 5 other tables and it was short staffed which I understand but still check on your guests then system went down and we waited for a good 30-40 minutes on her to come by and check up on us And inform them that something is wrong. Overall worst experience would never go back
