Went out for my husband's birthday dinner. Everything started out good as our server was great, but once the appetizers came everything started to go down hill. The appetizers were something I could make at he with basically no seasoning. I was not impressed. Then our fajitas came... They brought me MOLDY cheese, then went and got more cheese from a "new" bag... There was also mold on the "new" cheese as well... That definitely turned out appetites off. I was very disappointed, and disgusted by the whole experience. It was my first, and most likely going to be the only, time eating there. There was a table with a couple women next to us, they were complaining about their experience and even said they're not going to visit again... They had left before any of our food arrived... Should have been an indication.

Food was excellent 10/10. Service? Not stellar. Had to wait several minutes for our food. The server seemed overwhelmed with table's and it looked like they were short staffed. Overall for a first time experience it was good not great. Worth giving a try as the food was very good.  Vegetarian options: Good assortment of vegetarian food

This chili's is terrible. They had messed up my order the last three times I had came here. They had me waiting over ten minutes for my curbside order, then I had to call them because they messed my order up, and they left me on hold, then the phone just hung up on me. So, I had to take my order back up there for them to fixed my food. The manager even took long to come  talk to me about my order. This chili's charges over twenty dollars for the mix and match fajitas. I had got a beef and shrimp mix and match fajitas. The small amount of food they gave me was not worth the price. Also, it doesn't help that their employees are slow. I'm not going back to this Chili's. This place used to be a great restaurant. Their prices and the little amount of food they give you is not worth it. There are other better restaurants on the same street that will give you amazing service and food.

First off, the absolute worst southwestern egg rolls from any Chili's I have ever been to. Service wasn't great at first even though there was only one other table at the time. French fries were undercooked. Chicken quesadilla was just Luke warm but ok. Never got our free chips and salsa. Sitting for half an hour after eating waiting for the bill. Never showed up on the computer. Manager came over, explained they are new and have been getting the place turned around. I hope they do. I wish them well.

Ok so this is my first review on Chili's and I must say that this visit was great! The servers/attendants were attentive special shout out to LINDA and the food was delicious ! There was no line to get in and I went at abut 6pm. I ended up getting the Triple Dupper with these egg rolls and it SLAPPED! I was so full I didn't even finish my plate. And they also have like a drink of the month type of deal for only $5. Altogether for 2 people with the drink special and a tip only $50, you can't beat that! PS: next time I go I'm going to ask for you Linda!

Got set down right when we walked In. Waited 10 minutes for the waitress to walk by and throw silverware on the table and say I will be right back. Never seen her again. Employees standing around and playing on thier phone. 20 minutes and no drink order in, so we got up and left. I will never go back. Chilis needs to look into places like this, because this is why the business is struggling. What a shame I use to like the resturant.

The wait staff was fun and knew the menu well. The restaurant was also clean and inviting. They have a well-stocked bar and their flavored Iced Teas are delicious! I highly recommend trying the guacamole made at your table!

Worst  service I've ever had . Only half of the party got refills the others were never ask or offer refills. My girlfriend orders take out because we had a busy day. Got home with the food not even 5 minutes away from the restaurant and my food was cold like it was never cooked. One thing you'll never have to worry about again is getting any more of my money.

To start off, it took 10+ minutes to get seated no big deal. The waitress was friendly and took our drink & appetizer order right away. A different employee delivered 4 out of 7 drinks. Maybe 10 minutes later, my husband and I received our drinks mine was incorrect, but I drank it. While we sat there picking at our appetizers, one employee tried delivering us another tables entree. When I told him it wasn’t ours, he kind of huffed and then tried to deliver it to the table behind us which it wasn’t theirs either. From there, we waited and waited for the waitress to return to take our food order. After about 20 minutes or so, we had to finally ask her if she was going to take our order. The dinner food came out pretty quickly. My son’s mandarin oranges had a bean and cilantro leaf in it and my daughters kids hamburgers were dry. My sirloin was cooked the way I ordered, however, 2 of the 6oz was really chewing. The restaurant has a lot to be desired. Dirty tables and floors. The bathrooms needed picked up and cleaned. Relatively terrible experience altogether. Likely won’t return to this location.

I went out to dinner on a Friday night with my husband and daughter. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. The first thing noticeable was how slippery the floor was. We sat down and it took 10 minutes for our waitess and waiter to come take our drink order. We were told after the drinks came out it would be another 5 minutes to take food orders because the system was down. After a few minutes they both came back and took our food order. As we sat waiting on our appetizer which took 40 minutes, I notice a few gnats flying around. I went to the restroom while waiting. The women's bathroom was dirty, toilet paper on the floor, feces on the toilets, and again gnats were all over in there. Our waitress and waiter did not refill drinks nor came back to check on us. The main course took another 20 minutes to come out. After we ate, I had to track both of them down again for our bill. They were in the kitchen talking with all the other staff. Tables were not cleaned off after other customers left either. I am disappointed, and long for times when people took pride in a job well done.
