I'm not from here, but stop at this chili's thinking it was a safe bet. My mistake. No one is around to sit you, the place smell weird and floors are dirty. Food was ok as best. Two of my family had stomachache after eating here. Even if I was from this town, I wouldn't come back. Food looked nice, but it wasn't fresh.
Had late lunch at Chili's today. 11am-4pm It has been awhile and was pleasantly surprised to find some new lunch menu items that were priced right. I had the $8 combo lunch deal. The deal lets you choose soup or salad and a lunch item. I had two nice sized shrimp tacos with chips and salsa and a salad. Plus, happy hour starts at 3pm so got a deal on margarita. Food was awesome!
I ordered my food online, everything was perfect! The togo person I think her name was Maya was very good at her job! Definitely needs a raise or promotion! Good service for the whole restaurant as well!
What a horrible experience! Dirty silverware, cold coffee and A hamburger and fries which should be served at least warm, if not hot. Cold is not acceptable. When we asked the server about this, he said it wasn't his fault and blamed the food preparation person. He then gave us the check.
The restaurant was clean and nice, we had to wait a couple minutes for a socially distanced table to be cleaned. No big deal! We got the $25 meal for 2. Veggie fajitas, margarita chicken, chips and salsa, a margarita, and iced tea. They forgot our dessert, though. Food was good, service was fast. I would go back!
I did not wait long to be seated, when I was seated it did take a while to have someone come over I did notice there was not enough servers. Kids chocolate milk was spoiled, replacement kids drink didn't come untill after food was served. Other than just not enough people working the food was good. Kid-friendliness: Good options for even picky eaters. Parking: Plenty of parking and has enough handicap parking up front that is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicapped parking but front doors are big, heavy and have to be help open by a person. Front doors are NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE! There is handicap stalls in the bathroom but doors are NOT ADA accessible either.
We just left. Stopped to have lunch. We were seated and never helped. There were people seated after us that got their drinks and appetizers and still no one helped us. We went to hostess and ask if we could get waited on and she just looked and me and said nothing. We left!
This was my first time at this location,Stopped in around 3pm and sat in the bar areathis location reminds me of Chilis in the 90's and ordered the BBq brisket burger and fries,also got some queso smothered curlys and a steak sandwich off of the happy hour menu and everything was excellent! Keep it up!Food: 5/5
Great meal and great service. My favorite Chili's in the Denver metro area. What can I say, I love their baby back ribs!Food: 5/5
2020.02.29 - Good food and Staff, but they need to spend their money in the right place. Perhaps instead of fake fancy plates and fry baskets, and flashy looks, they should work on fixing all the broken things people actually use. Ripped seats, broken bathrooms, boxes just laying out everywhere. Staff were also heard audibly complaining about management to who I assume was an assistant manager. As someone who works in retail, everything points to "management needs to get their act together".
