Chili’s in Mandeville has been around for a long time for a reason. The food and drinks are top notch and service is usually really good. This Chili’s is in the perfect spot and close to everything. I can recall a time when Chili's was one of my favorite chain restaurants. Occasionally I still give it a chance, but despite multiple revamped menu offerings... it continually fails to impress. I had the gourmet brisket burger that you can actually request cooking temps on. I had mine at medium, which it was, but the patty just didn't have the gourmet burger flavor. The brisket was almost nonexistent and as bland as the burger. With it costing more that the double 1lb burger... I was expecting to see brisket piled on. Service and friendliness was great and they largely provided what I expected... so 4 stars.

I was one of 6 people eating in there. The bartender was super nice, but not real attentive or seeming to care about customers. The service was extremely slow, and I had to ask everyone else for refills because I wasn't getting them from him. They were dead slow, and yet they still served me cold fries. I got bottomless chips in which you are supposed to be able to get more, but nobody ever brought them to me. I ordered the 3 for me deal which was supposed to be a drink, chips, and burger and drink. They billed me for that, but then billed me for an extra chips. I don't understand why they had so many issues when they were dead slow. I probably won't return to this location, and will just try the Covington location next time.  I would have given only 1 star, but gave 2 because he was nice and a military vet.  Vegetarian options: Yup.  Parking: Tons.

My bowl of soup was made into a cup because my container is half empty. Every employee packages this item different. I order it a lot! The tortilla strips you see in the bowl is all I got! It barely covered the bottom of a to go ramekin. I asked where is the cheese on the side. She said that it’s in the bowl. And I tipped for this!

I use to work at this restaurant so I expected to taste some familiarity with the food. The food was disgusting. The fries were cooked in burnt oil. It took over 45 minutes to get my food and when I got it the food was cold. My server was probably the rudest server I’ve ever had in my life and he couldn’t be bothered for anything on the slow Sunday. All the servers looked like they were hungover. I had more than enough time to observe the staff while I waited for my food to cool off before being served. Never will I return to this restaurant. I will tell everyone about the poor quality experience I had so hopefully no one goes through it.

Short on staffing.  Prepare to stay in this place over 2+hours.  About a year and a half ago dined in at this same Chill's.  Some of the table benches still has holes in them. Can't believe they haven't replaced these in almost 1-1/2 years!!!!Food: 3/5

The food was good, I had a burger delivered and replaced the took off mayo and cheese. I get the food, enjoy it, and go to throw the box away and see that ticket says 'omnivore' as the server name. Now, correct me if I'm wrong and I will take this review down, but it seems like some immature sever thought it would be funny to poke fun at the fact I took advantage of your vegan alternatives. Unless you have a server named 'omnivore' over there.  Vegetarian options: The fCt that you can substitute bean patties on burgers is so great, honestly.

Liked the food. Loved the service. Nice little place!  Savanah was fast, and very cordial. For a late to go lunch this is the Place!!  Parking: Ample parking

I Have Visited many Chili’s franchises and none can compete with the service and the atmosphere of the Mandeville Chili’s location.  You’re always greeted with a smile and the staff seems to be really enjoying serving the guests.  I frankly HAVE NO IDEA how the Hammond location is still in Business. Messing up my order once is understandable but twice in 3 months.  Whosever is in charge needs to either be fired or go to some sort of seminar on HOW TO RUN A RESTAURANT

This was a very disappointing visit. I ordered a steak that was supposed to be medium rare. I got completely burned steak. My boyfriend got sick. Very I'll. And we are not happy at all. Very dissatisfied. I'm so upset. Wanting a full refund. I also ordered fries and was very upset. I only received ten fries in the to go container. The to go order Briner was very rude to me. Claiming that ten fries was the amount in a full double fry order with the steak. Yeah I'm extremely upset tonight. Hoping to speak to somebody about a refund I'm so disappointed.
