Nice experience overall. Good for a budget date night and interesting food.  I had the Mexican Chipotle bowl and it was tasty. Very different from a Chipotle bowl in a good way. And the drinks were good!  The sauces are definitely a big part of the enjoyment. Without them things would be bland.  I'm not sure if it was just this location or just the night I went, but the heat was turned up VERY high in the restaurant. This was to the point of sweating and making an alcohol beverage sound unappealing.

We visited after a graduation ceremony at UD Arena. The service was excellent, and the food was great! And they still have some of the best chips and salsa you can find anywhere!

This is my $15.99 Verde Steak Asada , also we were seated on the other side of the restaurant guess social distancing. I'm really embarrassed because what I  thought was my  condiments  for my salad, was actually my salad! Food: 1/5

The wait wasn't long at all to be seated. Clean restaurant, the waiter was very attentive. Which is good especially since the pandemic there isn't a lot of customers coming in and out. Got our drinks quickly, and Appetizers. Food was very good and the waiter made it a habit to check on me and my fiance while we ate. I recommend eating here or just going to get a drink at the bar.

There was an unpleasant smell as soon as we entered the restaurant. We decided to stay anyway. Everyone was being seated close together in one area of the restaurant. It became clear that the reason why was because there were many tables that hadn't been cleared off. There was also trash on the floor throughout the restaurant. We will not be returning to this location.

Dining in is always a great experience, however we had the absolute worst takeout experience today. Our promised pickup time for our order was 5:52-5:57pm today. We arrive at 5:50pm. There were no parking spots so we went inside. The manager took our name down and said it wasn't ready.  We waited 30 mins for our order- the manager brought it out at 6:20pm. Zero apologies for the wait. We live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant and when we opened our food it was ice cold. Not just heat loss from taking it home, but cold and stale as if it had been sitting in the containers for a long time.  Completely unacceptable.

The absolute worst customer service ever.       I would double double charged for my meal two weeks ago.      The server and GM assured me it would drop off the next day.        I live three states away and have made 7 phone calls to Rich, Mike and another co manager there who have all simply lied Thru their teeth. I will never give chilis my business and if you value your money I would stay away from this location, as they will take your mo EJ and you will never get it back. I’m now moving on to the corporate side with my concerns. You have been warned they are the worst.

Great food Great service We loved this place

This place was not very busy. We did the 2 for $25 for 4 of us. We had the 6 oz sirloins and Cajun chicken pasta.  The sirloins were good.  The pasta was below average. The fried pickles and guacamole were good. We had the skillet cookie and cheesecake for dessert. The cheesecake was still frozen. The cookie was good. Serice was realky good. I would go back.

Food was good. The service to be seated was slow. We were told that that they were cleaning a table fir us and he never came back.Food: 5/5
