This location simple put should be shut-down. Half of the inside was closed. The other half every table was covered with dirty dishes. We had to wait 10 min for a waitress to clean off a table. The waitress was either sleep walking or high because she wasn't understanding anything. Once our order was taken the waitress disappeared. She either went to the bathroom for 10 min or got ducted by aliens no one knew. Our order finally came and it SUCKED. Order a double patty melt without the bread, 6 scrambled eggs with onion & cheese. It was wrong. & Texas bacon egg and cheese melt. The egg was over cooked and the bacon was under cooked Do you see any drinks on the table? We didn't either. We walked out.
So I try to order breakfast they say I can only eat in. Even if I wait, sit down and order she says I am not allowed to take the food home and that there is a sign on the door. There's no sign. She states the other waffle house is the only one placing to orders. The location I just left that said I couldn't order. I love a good waffle house but at this point why haven't they closed them. You can rarely order food and when you do it's barely worth it but who doesn't still want breakfast. They should follow suit with the rest of huber and put a place in that is actually about customer service.
I am a huge fan of Waffle House, but this particular location is one of my favorite!! The food is almost always on point, the service is always friendly and expedient. Lastly, every time that I have went here, they've bantered back and forth with me, like family!! It's nice going somewhere where you can get a good meal AND a few laughs with the folks while they're working on your order.
Really enjoyed our breakfast in this Waffle House. The atmosphere was very welcoming. It is one of the cleanest Waffle House we have been to. The food was great, service was great and they had wonderful easy listening music on, that I found myself swaying too while I ate. It was just a great start for a long day of travel.
Some of the staff are kinda rude and snappy. I’ve tried to order takeout twice, first time they said they didn’t do takeout, second time they said it’d be a 30 minute wait. No one answers when you call, so you can’t even call to see if they’re doing takeout orders, before wasting your time driving there. Decided to go to the one on Executive instead. Same amount of customers there and LESS workers than the one on Brandt, but they were very kind and made my food in less than 10 minutes.
Posted as 24 hours service not true this is not the only time. Go to get breakfast it don’t matter what time but it seems to happen every time I walk through the door they’re closed to clean the grill. Service is poor best! Out of 10 times I walked through the door anywhere from 3 o’clock in the morning to 6 o’clock in the morning I’ve only been served twice This place is a literally joke And most of the time it’s dirty head to toe with a bunch of drunks in there Not that waffle house is all that good But this place is just terrible
It was dirty. I'm sure they would've failed a health inspection. But that's how you know the waffle house is gonna be good lol. The dirtier the waffle house, the better the food. Customer service was unusually good for it to be a waffle house. Just don't go after drinking because it gets ghetto. Get your food TO GO unless you want to witness a shoot out.
This place never lets me down. It is as advertised. Consistent service and quality!
I've only had them once. All the videos online of people fighting in them deterred me. I guess I went to a white one because the food is good, and I didn't have to sit through a brawl to try it.Food: 5/5
Usually good food. You get what you expect. Their waffles are fantastic! Our waitress on Christmas morning was great. The only con I have about the experience is that I ordered a large hash brown and got a regular one. I brought it up, and the waitress made sure to dock it from the final tab. Overall, a good time. I will come back.
