Our waitress I believe her name was Avery was great! She was the highlight of our meal and experience! However, the kitchen service was horrible. They put in our order at the table and we even saw on our bill what was put in and it was put in correctly. We ordered a triple dipper with big mouth bites. They were wrong and it took an abnormal amount of time for 2 small replacements to come out. So long in fact I was done eating my food by the time it came out. The manager came by but I had to ask her to do something about that part of our meal as everyone else was done eating. Other than that she was just showing me how I can pay. I ordered a sirloin also, and I know what your thinking it’s not a steak house. I get that. While it was cooked how I ordered it the outside of the steak was charred which is a big no-no for any steak or place that serves it.
I called around 11am to ask if I needed a reservation for a party of 7 at 6pm. I was told they would take my information and add me to the wait list. I gave them all the info but when we showed up at 6 they had no idea what we were talking about. They seated us right away though so I can’t complain too much. They messed up our drinks but fixed it right away. We waited an extremely long time for our food but it was good once we got it. It seemed like once we received our bill we no longer existed. We had to holler at our server to get to go boxes. Over all a pretty good experience just not a 5 star.
My visit was on 02/08/23 around 5/6pm. Our server, Sundown, was phenomenal and went above and beyond!!! She is kind, attentive, and a damn good server. She is incredibly helpful and she didn’t make me feel rushed in the slightest when my toddler decided to make a career move out of cleaning up and leaving haha. Sundown deserves 10/10 stars! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu has photos so our toddler is able to look and circle/point to his choices so I think that’s cool. Kids servings are huge, too! I like that they only have a single double headed crayon, so much less waste that way esp when most kids watch a screen these days anyway. Parking: Plenty of available parking around the entire building. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible!
Food tasted great and the service was just as good. Brittany was our waiter and she always had a smile on her face and some silly joke to make us giggle. I drink lots of water probably 5 glasses and not once did it go empty.

I have always considered Chili's to be one of those go-to places. Reliable and consistent. And this time was almost a total loss for me. It was later in the evening but that does not merit the total no function of the restaurant. We sat at the bar normally it is faster. Our bar tender was great. She knew her menu her drinks and how to smile. I don't like to use names so good job sweetie you earned this 4th star all on your own for chili's that night. I saw her put our order in as soon as we gave it to her so not her fault. But it took about 45 minutes for our food to get done and delivered. The place was closed by the there were very few like 3 maybe four tables in the whole restaurant. And even then fajitas were lacking and our sides and add on were missing or incorrect. The only thing that was on point was the wine and mixed drink we ordered from the bar. Hint the most excellent bartender mentioned before. Was she the only one in this place still working after the dinner rush. Was it such a dinner rush that the kitchen collapsed at the decline of their shift. Well idk what it was but not the best way to end the night for us. I did tip well I hope you didn't have to share it with anyone cause there was none else working that night. Pay attention managers just because we came after the rush does not mean I should have cold leftovers. It means I want to sit and enjoy my Chili's without all the waiting loud rushing around. We love Chili's cause it good food and environment and like I said reliable. This time I was feeling a lil let down and disappointed. I'll be back just hope this isn't the new norm. Better luck next time and thank you bartender for holding it together for them and us.
The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is spacious and airy, and I really like this look. The lunch menu has one of my favorites: the lunch double burger with fries and your choice of salad or soup. Dad chose the house salad with ranch dressing while I chose chicken enchilada soup. The lunch double burger is a no-frills burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mustard, but it is still tasty. The lunch menu is served quickly, too, a bonus for those short on time.
Was seated immediately, food came out in a timely manner and our service was great!! Tried out the ribs and chicken finger meal.
Ordered the Burger Bites for my children- 4 orders worth. When we got home for them to eat them, the inside of all the burgers were undercooked and red/pink in the center. Called and spoke to the manager "Z" and they offered me an eBOG card to replace my meal. He offered me $60 over the phone, but when I got the card it was $50 which will not cover the cost to replace. I don't recommend this location.
1-16-21 8 pm. Dirty tables ALL OVER the place. Waitress VERY SLOW, waited over 10 minutes for our server to get our drink order. I asked if the water was filtered I was told YES. When I got my water it came from a sink. I'm dropping $100 at a restaurant that serves city water. Looked at other reviews and the owner OBVIOUSLY doesn't care about their place because it's been MONTHS almost YEARS since the owner replied to anyone's reviews and concerns. I won't come back here.
