They were over two-hours behind on orders! Don't ever order from them on a Friday night. I ordered my food at 7:12 pm and it's 8:54 pm and still, they're not here. I'm not even sure if they're coming at this point. I called them at 8:25 seeing as it's been over an hour since I ordered and they said it was almost finished and that they were behind. I'll be calling them here soon to request a refund. Update: So it's 9:17 pm and I called them to get a refund, especially since they're about to close at 10. They didn't have a problem refunding my money. Will not do business with them again. Update: I have yet to receive a refund and it's been five days since the incident. They had the nerve to call me that following Monday to tell me that they would give me a free combo on my next order. No, I want my REFUND!

Food was good and fresh......delivery was very quick for the severe weather that was doing on.

Bought food from these guys twice and was impressed. Ordered a third time in one week and they said there delivery minimum was 15 bucks. My two prior orders were 12 bucks and I happily tipped. But this is just plain disrespectful. I don't deal in shady business tactics.
