Multiple times have had online orders not go through and when you call to see where your food is it is the same excuse. Your food is ready, The driver is out right now as soon as he gets back yours is the next delivery. Food is good when it makes it to your house. Manager has no care that your unsatisfied and tries to not cancel the purchase. Not ordering here again.

Easy online ordering. Had to call to add an item I forgot and got very friendly customer service on the phone. Very friendly delivery driver. Food portions are generous. Unfortunately I found everything kind of bland. Maybe my taste buds are off today. I will try them again, and update my review if it's warranted.

Would have gave 0 stars if I could have. 
So I placed an online order on 08/08/2017 and received a call from China Sea stating that the new delivery minimum changed from $15.00 to $17.00. Although it is not a huge difference, the girl stated I still needed to add something else to my order if I wanted it delivered. I told her that they are falsely advertising a delivery minimum of $15.00 on their website and that I didn't have anything else to add to my order and if they can deliver it this time since it technically wasn't my fault in the first place because it is still posted on their website. She said "Oh well I will tell my boss but your still going to have to add something" So I told her to cancel my order. She stated that since the new year they changed it because the tax went up...well its August - 8 months into the new year and you still haven't changed it on your website? That's your restaurants problem, not the person ordering online. They don't care about their customers and continued to argue over a $2.00 difference. Is someone suppose to order $2.00 more of food that they don't even want? That's ridiculous. Will never be ordering from them again.

Never again. Food is not fresh. Rice was soggy soft. This is not good Chinese Food. I can never find a take out or restaurant that has exceptional Chinese food. I don't believe they exist.

Consistently the best Chinese food in our area. Delicious cooking and good service. Very dependable!
