I work nearby and anytime I want some great pizza I always stop in here. There slices are delicious everytime and service is good. Definitely would recommend to friends

I had the worst experience ever in lunch break history when visiting Lutina's Pizza. Great pizza but the customer service sucks. Mean guy with no smile, wrinkled face, gray/black short hair and works the register in the front has no manners, argumentative, is not very pleasurable and clearly has no customer appreciation for a customer who visits occasionally. He was very disrespectful and yelled at me for dining with a take out box. I can't make this up. He scolded me for not eating out of a plate when I never even opened the take out box to eat and wasn't planning on dining in. I sat down for two seconds to finish an email and this man started screaming at me across the dining area with patrons inside eating their meal. I did not appreciate the level of disrespect. The other two people working there said nothing as if this type of aggressive behavior is tolerated. There is a more pleasurable approach when speaking with customers and an angel needs to touch this man with some manners. Definitely not going back; pizza tastes great but the customer service sucks and I will not tolerate the level of disrespect I received today from this A-hole when coming to this establishment to spend my hard earned dollar. Not only does he need to work on his communication skills but I pray he doesn't speak to his wife in such a manner. If "the rules here are you eat off a plate" then you need to post a sign somewhere inside before you have a heart attack and scold a customer the way he did. Also, it would help if you listened when I said in the first place, when I ordered TAKE OUT. Didn't know as soon as I got my food, I was suppose to up and leave. Forgive me for sitting down at the table and chair to finish an email before getting my head bit off by an impulsive, rude, miserable man who clearly needs a hug. All and all, its how you approach someone and talk to someone. Had he been pleasurable to speak with and had listened I wouldn't have left such a review or returned my food but due to his aggressive behavior I witnessed today I had to leave this review to expose how this employee acted today and represented this company. May this person learn from this experience and treat customers in the future with a friendly approach.

Never going back....customer service is very poor and the cashier was very rude. My son likes the pizza and we go there all the time. He gets two slices usually and usually eats one at a time. We went and ordered for take out but decide to sit and eat...that scum basically chased us out of the restaurant. There are better pizza places with better service around town....never going back!!!!

Good food, but bad service. I placed my order and told the guy I was going to take it home. So after the food is made my mother decides she wants to eat outside at one of the tables. So I got the food and sat outside to have our meal when the guy working the register comes out. He says I told him it was take out. and we were not aloud to eat from the Styrofoam trays he had put the food in. He said his boss would be mad, he said this time ok next time no. I felt so bad, he could have said it nicer at least. It ruined our meal last time we go there. It's a shame they make good pizza.
