The food here it's very fresh. You can taste it. For a sit down take out place you will not be disappointed. I'd it a five star restaurant no. But if I I'm resting take out places I don't see anyone close competing with these people.

This place is a good place. I've read all these reviews from all of these hamslammers. There prices are fine there food is good the people are nice well there great to me. It's a family owned spot. I've been going there since they opened those kids that you people are talking about are good kids it's a family owned spot. I know them for years an I'll always eat there food if it's not good I'll tell them an they will fix it. Posting negative stuff get you no were. Matter of fact I'm ordering now. Cheers to my china taste....

Customer service is ABSOLUTELY terrible! They got my order wrong, and when I called to get it sorted out, the little boy that they had working there sat and argued with me for 10 minutes on the phone about what I said when I ordered over the phone. Finally I got them to fix it, and when I had got back to the restaurant, the older lady I assume was the mother continued to argue with me. If I could give them no stars at all I would! The fact that they argued and were so unbelievably rude to me, and also only gave me half the food a regular order of wantons would have is absolutely disgusting. They should also be turned in for child labor.

The beef is very good and so are the eggroles. The owners and employees are very kind and got everything right. Prices are good and the food is excellent.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First, the quality of the food is sub par. Soggy rice, dry lo mien, breading on the chicken is soggy as well. For the second time, I've called in an order, husband picked up and when he gets home, discover they've taken liberties with the items and how to charge me. For example, I ordered combos, but instead received large orders of both (about double the price). Ordered "lo mien, no vegetables" and I guess they were confused, but instead of asking me to clarify, I received the most expensive lo mien with three different types of meat in it. They'll find ways to up charge you so make sure you're VERY clear. Or save yourself of being in the situation of not even being able to eat the disgusting food and drive up to Bellaire.
