I went for the first time this past weekend on a trip from Jax to Ormond Beach. First off, the location is about as good as it gets. Oceanfront with nearly unobstructed views of the water. And the weather was perfect when we went. This is the perfect spot for someone to get a unique Florida dining experience. We ordered brisket and burnt ends. For sides, mac-n-cheese and green beans. The burnt ends were great. I have had it at other places that were too fatty but that was not the case here. Cooked perfectly. The green beans were very peppery. Fine for me, but I could see someone not liking them as much. Mac-n-cheese was good. The staff was okay. The cashier was friendly enough. Our only issue was my wife went up to the food window to get a refill and had at least two people walk by, look at her and do nothing. Other than that, it was a great experience. We will return on our next trip to Ormond.

Beautiful location, right across from the beach. Nice beach atmosphere with colorful picnic tables, straw umbrellas, and even a hammock. The food was great! Didn't try to bbq even though that's what we went for and it smelled amazing. We got distracted by the seafood twist on Mexican food. The Shrimp and fish burritos were so good, tasted fresh, rice and beans inside were so creamy! The cucumber and tomato salad and corn on the cob are great sides. The mac and cheese is extra cheesy. Seafood dip with saltines was delicious! Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved our visit and were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was from such a small unassuming place.

Awesome food and a great view. Had the goofy burrito and a limeade and it was the perfect ending to a day at the beach. Will have to make it a regular stop on our beach days.

The food is wonderful. Had the Cuban Brisket sandwich tonight. Love listening to Bob Marley as I eat. Good food & good music. What more do you need!!

Brisket was great! Loved the view. Didn't know when we chose it that it was only outside dining it, but I think it was worth it.
