Have purchased and sold 5 homes over the past 12 years, 3 of which were in Tulsa and each with a different real estate company.  I  can honestly say Chinowth & Cohen have been the absolute best to work with.  They were very professional and hard working.  We were moving back to Tulsa from out of state and our agent spent 3 full days showing us nearly 30 homes to make sure we were happy and found exactly what we were looking for.  Made what has previously been a very stressful experience, very enjoyable and relaxing.  Our agent's ability to negotiate with the seller even saved us way more off asking price than I thought we would be able to.  Highly recommend and will use again!!!

We used Broken Arrow agent, Lee VanTreese,  and he could not have been more helpful.  He worked very hard.  He stayed in communication with us often and was easy to reach when we had questions for him.  He used a variety of advertising tools and techniques and sold our house within 36 hours on the market!  We highly recommend this agency and Lee VanTreese!

Experience: Top notch & a cut above.
Why 1: My C&C realtor (Leland Chinowth) was unbelievably sharp & knowledgeable about the homes/schools, my search, the individual homes we visited, & somehow managed to negotiate acceptance of my initial offer, which saved me a ton of the $ I was actually prepared to spend for my house.
Why 2: Inspections, repairs, closing were a breeze. C&C was always on top of it.
Why 3: There was a distinctly elevated level of professional culture, atmosphere, & demeanor among C&C's realtors and in their offices. Its clearly intentional, and it elevated my confidence/mindset.
Why 4: I never saw anyone in the C&C office who seemed to have a casual attitude/approach about the business at hand (buying/selling homes), which I have seen w/ other companies I've worked w/ over my lifetime.
