Unfortunate experience for a relative who is a first time home buyer. Called the realtor on sign that had listing and another associate showed us the home. We wanted to see the house again and realtor first said she could not show again because she was going to be out of town the next day which was a Friday. I asked about showing it Saturday and she set a time to show it, Then she sent a message saying she would not show unless we could show a letter of approval. We contacted another agent with another company who gladly showed us the house and happily went over everything with us. Letter of approval was in hand the  following day and an offer was submitted.   We didn't accept the counteroffer, however, we know we would never use this agency again.

Kristy Kowalski was my realtor. Now, she's my realtor and friend. She walked by my side the whole time. I couldn't ask for better service. She answered all my questions, gave me ideas and helped me find my "forever home."  She also helped me control my stress!!  Anytime I had questions or concerns, she was right there. She was like my guardian angel. I was able to sleep at night knowing I was in good hands. I work A LOT, and it was comforting knowing that Kristy was in my corner and looking out for me. She's honest, trust worthy and a straight shooter. She is EVERYTHING a true realtor should be.
