All these bad reviews... why not a good one?
Our company ordered a very large order with many individual meals today. We chose this store because the other 2 in distance can't make a simple kid's meal.

Every meal was correctly made, and every requested side was present. I had nothing but raving review for the staff and the on duty manager ( Melissa Herge) about this order. They have always been clean, polite, and accurate. This store has employees who like their job. They must have decent management here. Kudos. Keep up the good work. 

I will always order from this store even if it is out of my way. Even if there was to be an issue, I know the manager/employees here will fix it without hesitation, but an error here has been rare in my experiences.

Food is great but service was not...there was 1 person serving and while we were waiting 2 employees came busting out of the door laughing and yelling and then started helping and when asked what meat I wanted I said double steak 5 times and didn't get double and asked for double corn, sour cream, and chesee and got some of the smallest servings of each I've gotten from chipole in a while and my wife got the same treatments right behind me...unprofessional and they do not pay attention to customer requests...

Black lady with locks in her hair and white lady taking my order was rude about me coming in at 9:30 pm. I could feel the negativity and it truly did not feel welcoming. Also every time I go I get charged a different price. I eat the exact same thing and I never eat in so why is my charge changing. I dislike this place
