I had a problem with the online ordering system and even though i paid the correct order it didnt print correctly for the store. I showed the manager Sebastian my online order, the cost deducted from my bank and he immediately helped correct the error. The store and manager truly know what customer service are all about. Plus the food is always great! Thank you.

Always have a problem with this specific location. Online order prepared wrong, slow service, or just the quality of the food being subpar. The staff being rude doesn’t help either. Skip this location if you can, if not be prepared for the lack of common sense they have as a collective.

Mostly ok. Good food but....I specifically asked if the pinto beans were spicy and the server told me "none of our beans are spicy".  Well she did not give me the correct information, the beans were spicy!!  The rest of the food was very good.

The only reason this is receiving one star is because it is required. This place is an absolute mess. I came sometime last week at 11 am and the rice wasn't done cooking. I had to wait about 15 minutes till it was done. On top of that the manager on duty didn't even have the courtesy to apologize about the wait. It gets better, the guy in charge of the rice was supposed to have it done but, he was just sitting there eating. When I had told them, that I will wait for it to finish cooking, is when he decided to get up and finish.

Soda machine was out of ice the entire time we were eating was the only negative. Service was fast efficient and courteous. Also chips were over cooked.
