AVOID IT .The guy that owns the store or manages it "Big guy" is problematic. Suggest ppl avoid it. Had a horrible experience.

As a customer that is right across the highway from them And order from them 1 to 2 times a week  i'm very unhappy .every time I call I have an issue that they don't deliver to me but yet I always get them to deliver because I'm right in their zone they also come to our Plaza  and give out menus and sample sandwiches that we should order from them. how do you want somebody to order from you and u call an it's it's I'm sorry we don't deliver it to you.   It all depending on who is working one minute you get a group of them that they will deliver next minute you get another group of them oh my manager says we don't deliver to you never will I go to the Jimmy John's again .  And I am not the person to ever write a bad review but this was my last straw with them .

This was a horrible experience starting with the driver Johnny H(named as per the manager in the Miramar location) and finishing up with the manager. Rude was not the words I could use to describe my experience. As much as I love their sandwiches I will never order again from them. The driver even threaten me as he was walking away from my corporate office. If I were the owner neither one would be working for me after the incident I just experienced. There should be no stars given in this situation.
