Service - Not helpful
Problem - A teaspoon worth of meat in my food? Like seriously the proportion of meat to the food itself is so little I can practically call myself a vegetarian eating the steak here. To give you an idea, there is more sour cream, by more than half, than barbacoa in this burrito bowl.

I live close and get take out here probably too much. I find it consistently good and worth the price. I find it to be too much for just one meal and I order a burrito. It makes two good meals for me. Very tasty.

The food here is great, but that's about it. Always crowded, the staff is hit or miss, and it's pretty expensive. Bottom line: Chipotle is alright, but moes (on upper front Street) is better

Good food and large portions. Did have to get a new debit card as a precaution due to the large security issues in the local Chipotles.

The last three times I ordered online I had to wait even longer for my food. The most recent time this happened everybody in line was served before my online order was even started, forcing me to wait an extra 15 minutes past the pick up time. A few months prior I had to wait 30 minutes past the pick up time for my food.

To make up for it, the workers gave me "buy one get one" vouchers. Trying to incentivize me to give you more of my money does not make me feel better about standing awkwardly to the side of the register waiting for food I already paid for while everyone else is served before me.
