I'm surprised how quick this place turn around....the food is delicious and the order taking is the fastest I've seen so far, they scored an 83 with inspection 2weeks and their under new management....

Have gone twice because I was in the area. First time multiple errors and the second time attitude from the workers. Will not be coming back to this location without your workers getting proper training.

Here's the thing... The workers are working as hard as they can. The space to do stuff is too small, the area is very busy, and the people need to find their patients. Yes, they do run out of product when it comes to donuts, but that's not the worker's fault! I always order on the app and get the exact thing I ordered. If time is a problem for you, then I suggested for you to do the same.

No smiles all grumps in the morning was there at 530-600 am on Tuesday the 22nd 2017 n not only I didn't get my order bacon egg n cheese they didn't even ask what type of bagel do u want I will not go back there the girl n guy was not pleasant if they gave me my receipt I would of gave an honest score

I asked them to put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel as their practice is to put it on one side and then smush the two sides together...if your driving or headed to work with no utensils you end up having to use your finger to get cream cheese spread around the bagel. There was a guy who made it he was reminded by another employee too do it but he had already not done it so he just handed it over to me. I asked him to fix it and he got angry shouted that it was fine opened up the bagel said see it's on both sides. Closed the bagel back up and put it into the bag and brought it back to me. Bc of his attitude I asked for my money back, he shouted that his manager was "right over there" she came over and asked what the problem is...I told her what happened and she said...well he did show you that it's on both sides of the bagel...I asked her to please just give me my money back. I really can't believe that is how you treat a customer. And as I said the practice with the cream cheese does not get the cream cheese on both sides and we end up spreading it around ourselves. Thanks for all your help.
