Only my second Non 5 star review and this place should get a minus 3. I think everyone who was working was on their first day. The line was out the door due to how slow the service was. The cashier was VERY RUDE to the employee she seemed to be training. She kept raising her voice and saying NO. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I waited easily 15 minutes in line to order 1 burrito. I will drive the extra couple of miles to avoid this location next time. Food was eh. Nothing to write home about.
Busy place - good food This restaurant is located to the east of the I-95 on the south side of St Lucie W Blvd. It shares a parking lot with several other stores in the group of stores facing the main road. So parking is often limited. There are spaces reserved right in front of the restaurant for pick-up orders but parking is so limited, those spaces are often used for people trying to park their cars and dine-in. The restaurant has several table/booths inside and about 6 small tables on the patio outside in front of the restaurant. As with all Chipotle restaurants that I have visited, you order at the counter and they prepare your order as you direct them to on the serving line. You pay at the end of the line and then fill up your drinks. The restaurant has been busy every time I have visited and this visit was no exception. The line was wrapped around and blocked the door for the entire time we were there. The staff was friendly and the food was good. We ended up eating outside on the front patio and it was very pleasant. I would recommend this location for fellow travelers in the area but suggest ordering ahead and possibly parking nearby or being patient for a space. Enjoy.
This is our local chipotle, and service here has deteriorated over the past year+ to the point that its not worth returning. I just got home after picking up a to go order with four sides of guacamole one large, three regular and each side was filled with rock hard chunks of avocado that had not been mashed i could barely cut through them with a serrated steak knife they were so unripe. What little remaining actual mashed guacamole was included was brown. I easily spent $15 on guacamole in this order that should have never made it out in an order to a customer. When I tried to call to provide feedback to the manager, of course the store doesn’t have a way to actually speak to a person. Chipotle’s online survey form also is like shouting into the void with no followup for negative feedback ever. This has happened enough times at this location that I don’t plan to return. Have some actual quality control considering the prices your charging customers.
Chipotle serves a variety of choices and generous portions for each dish you order. I appreciate the calorie count for each item. This helps if you are counting calories. I only ever eat 1/4 of a bowl, then take home the rest. I love that Chipotle shares a portion of it’s profits to feed the poor.
Worst chipotle to go to! Lettuce looks like It was there for days!! I don’t recommend what so ever! Management sucks! Ran out of cheese, beans . It’s always something.
My wife wanted the Steak Guarijillo and wanted vinaigrette to go with it. I get there ten minutes after they officially opened and I tell them what I wanted and am told I need to wait for them to prepare things. So, I wait a good twenty to thirty minutes as other customers have their order placed and finally get my order only to be told that they don't have vinaigrette. I get home and it was just the regular steak. I go to another Chipotle and they didn't have it either, and didn't seem to want to make it. Very upset and disappointed.
I love Chipotle, however the last two times I have ordered with UberEats and tried to contact the delivery person as well as the restaurant to make sure the cups of dressing was included with the salads I have been unsuccessful. Don’t care for the salads unless I have the dressing. 1st time the driver could not communicate in English and I’m not bilingual. Couldn’t get through to the restaurant because of their automated phone system. Now thought I would try my favorite place again….. why should I think anything has changed. Still unable to get through over the phone AND the driver texts me stating “they don’t have any” Hey Chipotle, your phone system sucks! The UberEats app sucks as well. Why can’t the app have a place for dressing. I’m through venting. Until Chipotle comes to Fort Pierce I won’t be patronizing their business. Well order was delivered. The 2 bowls had the wrong lids didn’t match the bowl it was placed on. Each bowl didn’t match either lid toppings. The extra 2 sides of guacamole no where to be found. As well as the guacamole that was ordered with the bowls missing. Wished I had read the recent reviews before placing my order.
The staff were inattentive, they could not hear me while I was ordering. The staff members were all wearing masks & gloves. However, no other patrons were wearing masks, masks were not mandatory or even encouraged for customers. When I brought my food home, the bag was soaked by a poorly placed aluminum lid. At which point, the bag rapidly erupted, the entire bottom falling through & taking my bowl with it. Over half of my bowl fell on the sidewalk. What was salvageable tasted bland & was unsatisfying.
We ordered take-out online. They have a shelf for take-out orders and yet they put orders on some random table instead. There were several customers waiting for their orders when they were apparently already out on some table. All four of our bowls were missing stuff. Two were missing lettuce, two were missing veggies, one was missing rice, one was missing salsa. Poor food, poor service.
Worst customer service. Matthew the big guy at the cashier is the worst guy. Very rude and disrespectful. When asked for kids milk he refused to exchange for kids chocolate milk and was throwing his hands in the air as if I did something wrong. Save yourself and find another location. Chipotle has become worst these days.
