It took about 8 minutes for someone to wait on me, the. The man was very curt and rude n taking my order. I got a bacon, egg , and cheese bagel and the bagel was cold. The eggs were soggy. And the drink machine had no ice in it. I told the man about it and he said he couldn’t do anything about the ice and the sandwich wasn’t remade but he just put the whole thing In the microwave to warm it up. A toasted bagel doesn’t go in the microwave. This is probably the worst visit to McDonalds ever. What should I expect though from a McDonalds in a Walmart though.
ALWAYS check your food before driving away gets. I don't really leave bad reviews on places but I've lived down the road for two years and every time my family and I order food there SOMETHING is always wrong. The last three times I've stopped to get a number 9 with no pickles and add tomatoes and lettuce, and they ring it up each time and charge me each time and every time they wind up with both or only one of the added ingredients on one of the burgers or nothing on both. I wouldn't care a lot but those items do cost extra and that's the frustrating part. Always stay and double check
Ordered a Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich and they gave me a McChicken patty for the meat. It wasn’t even warm. On top of that every time I’ve ordered food from this specific location its been the same result... Chicken Nuggets dry and sitting out. Fries soggy and sitting out. Seems like everyone in this place has better things to do other than their job.
The service there was terrible he quickly dismissed my request for breakfast they must have changed the breakfast all day menu apparently then he just threw the ingredients on top of my burger and it was all slop together the wrapping was full of grease Burger didn't even have any seasoning I was the only one at the store. A younger kid in a manager uniform being lazy
Place is always dirty behind the counter. I got a drink from the fountain machine and you could taste the mold in the drink as if they never clean their drink machine. It was the second time this had happened I brought to the attention of the manager and she could not understand me because she did not speak any english. Is also sometimes takes a half an hour to get your food. Consistently terrible.
Poor food quality. No salads at all. Couldn't even get the 2 number 5 correct no lettuce on 1 sandwich because we wanted the grilled chicken and no grilled chicken. And they need to change the fryer grease, its way to old.
This place needs to b inspected on a monthly basis. The last visit consisted of this. My husband pulled up to the drive-thru ordered our food paid got our food pulled to the side to check it as always I was looking through the bag we didn't see our fries so we went back to the drive-thru to tell them we didn't receive our fries three large fries. one of the employees and I'm so sorry I didn't get her name proceeded to ask my husband if he had ever watched the movie The Customer is always right? that movie is about employees doing things to customers food that is unspeakable. I have complained to the corporate office more than three times all they do is send us a coupon at a discount or a coupon for free food that's not what I'm after I am wanting someone to inspect this place and not notify them first. McDonald's corporation tells me they are being inspected if that's the case we need to back up and decide if McDonald's Corp. Is really doing there job. Just in disbelief and my hands are tied.
Constantly having to park to wait for food. Even simple orders such as cheese burgers and fries. This McDonald's cares more about keeping low time drive through firms hy making customers park than actually getting customers their food. When I told them I wanted to wait at the window for my food instead of parking, I was told if I did not pull forward to a parking spot I would not receive the food I already had paid for.
Wish I could give a 0 as a review! Not that the employees were rude, the GM and DM mistreats the managers and employees I swear! DON'T WORK HERE!!! They will use up your time and overwork you, on top of that the food is disgustingly made with the old BLACK oil!! They get upset for changing the oil!! Refuse to eat there if their oil is black like the night! Please treat your customers AND EMPLOYEES fairly!!
I would give a negative score if I could. Worst customer service ever. Cashier Sarah told me to sit down that I was irritating her standing at the counter waiting for my food. Well three people that ordered after me got their food and they burnt mine and didn’t even tell me so I had to wait for them to make it over. Kitchen manager and cashier don’t speak the same language one only speaks English one only speaks Spanish. The woman in the kitchen who only spoke Spanish was the only manager on shift.
