I took my son to Chipotle for his 16th birthday because he said that's what he wanted and I have never been so what he wants he gets. It was a line when we got there and it kept a line the entire time also but it moved pretty fast. The menu was simple so nothing to confusing on what to get and the service was great and the environment was clean. I got the bowl because I knew the burrito would be so big so I just got what I would've gotten in my burrito all in a bowl and it was delicious. White rice, pinto beans, chicken, white queso, salsa, sour cream and lettuce.
Ordered through doordash because my daughter is in the hospital. I didn’t realize it was so hard to read what someone ordered. There is no meat, I didn’t order beans, or fajita veggies. I also paid extra for queso and chips. Didn’t get my chips. This order came out to $23 before tipping my doordasher. Although this isn’t his fault, because the restaurant seals orders. Don’t plan on throwing money away here ever again. :-
LOCKED DOORS EARLIER THAN THEIR OFFICIAL CLOSING TIME: The posted closing hours on Google as well as on the front door is 10pm. I drove across town on December 19th, 2022, to come get some last minute food to go. I showed up at 9:52pm to a locked door. They need to either update their posted hours or not close early. What a frustrating waste of time. Be aware of this and come well before close, especially if driving very far. They have really good food though. I especially like the barbacoa. I am disappointed I could not get this tonight even though I arrived before the posted closing time...
Manager was so rude to all the customers and raising his voice at everyone due to his own mismanagement of time. They literally had no meat. He even admitted that the to go and catering orders came in at 8am, but at 7:30pm did not have any of them fulfilled and did so before taking the customers in store. They told us 6 minutes on chicken. So we decided to get out of line. We waited 30 minutes only to get back to the front of the line only to be told no chicken for 30 more minutes. The line guys knew we left the front of the line in consideration of others to wait and tried to bargain with the manager for 2 bowls of chicken. He refused. We have loved Chipotle for years and years. We as well as many others there tonight will NOT return because of the JERK manager. Our food at Qdoba was GREAT though!
Super dirty and the food had been old….seems like the restaurant needs a new manager every table was dirty so u couldn’t sit down if u wanted to
Very clean and fast service great atmosphere. I noticed they face all the delivery order backwards so u have to ask for them by name vs grabbing and going. It's a great idea In my opinion.Food: 5/5
This place was relatively easy to get to coming from I-40 W. I was craving something besides what is offered along the interstate. There was ample parking for my 20' travel trailer.Food: 5/5
Always poor service and never enough food supply. This time, did not have enough tortillas for burritos so changed my order to a bowl HOWEVER, there were enough tortillas in the online order section so the man behind me had a fit and canceled his order halfway through the line and ordered via his phone after a heated discussion with the manager. For me order in regards to me family order of four, they were also out of sour cream and the new showcase steak was quickly running low so they substituted my order with half of the showcase steak and classic steak. This Chiptole needs either a full overhaul or new management.
Terrible portion sizes, and the red sauce isn’t even spicy. The perosn serving portion sized was not good at their job
Ordered on door dash and DID NOT see an option for rice and beans.. On top of not being able to speak to someone at the store about my order. Never again.. I'm not in Oklahoma often, next time I'll choose a different location. So I'm basically sitting with toppings in a bowl.
