I’ve worked in a restaurant for roughly 8 years, and i don’t like leaving once stars but this was just lack of common sense. I ordered a delivery from Uber eats, and when we received our food it was missing almost every item we requested. Photo attached.  So after I received the order, I ended up driving back to the store roughly 25 minutes, and asked why the items were missing. The manager at the time said they were pretty much out of everything, and assured that if she “didn’t have trainees” that I would have received a call about the missing items.  Mind you, there were items that I requested in my chicken bowl that we’re sitting there in front of my face lol.  As a manager myself, what I don’t understand is how a leader can let this slip by? It was slow at the end of the night, if it were me in that spot I would have called the customer and told them the missing items, and that if they no longer wanted to order, then please cancel it and I apologize. NONE of those things happened, and the manager didn’t even act like she cared about the inconvenience.  Hindsight is 20/20, hopefully next time someone orders they will do their due diligence.

I got a Sofritas bowl. It was just awful and I ended up throwing most of it away a waste I hated making. The rice was old, clumped, and hard. The portions were cheap, and the sofritas was bland. I wanted to talk to a manager but it was a busy time during holiday season, so I tossed the food and left. I don’t often eat Chipotle and I’ll never eat at this location again.  There is a local Chipotle opening near my home. I will give Chipotle its last chance when that one opens.

We were in the area and decided to stop in while waiting for our target order to be ready. The line here is usually a decent wait but nothing major. We waited probably 40 minutes,  there was only 1 associate prepping all the orders while the pretty boy at the register with the tablet refuse to help him. We went to go pay and the girl at the register was rude as can be. Unfortunately for google i cant type what I really want to say. Didnt offer any of us a side option or if we wantes drinks. This is experience is pretty sad because this was one of the better chipotle locations

Chipotle: 5 Star This location: 1 Star -1 Star: Long lines and no hustle -1 Star: Skimpy portions -1 Star: Bland skimpy seasoning? -1 Star: Food poisoning after only eating here  Wish I would have read about the lack of cleanliness before and saved myself. Will not be eating chipotle for a while

I genuinely want to give this store a good rating because when they are good, they are great. However, I have had too many bad instances with this specific store to give them a good one. The only time I am hopeful they’ll give me a quality meal is when I walk in and sometimes that isn’t always guaranteed because the ingredients aren’t always as fresh as they claim. Whenever I order online or through DoorDash, it’s always horrible. They’re skimpy with the ingredients, I get orders that are not mine and sometimes my order is even canceled randomly. Chipotle is one of my favorite fast-food restaurants, but I will go out of my way to avoid this location whenever I can.

It wasnt that good few months back but nowadays its best Chipotle in the area. Really fresh ingredients, nice staff and quick service. Its crowded almost every day. But if you love Chipotle, just go and try.

West Hartford, New Britain Ave Chipotle’s  ………. A very sad display of customer service….  I asked for a side of dressing and they wanted to charge me for it and it was an eighth of the container filled. I asked if they could at least fill up the container and I’d pay for it ,but she refused.  This has never happened before at any other chipotle. Needless to say ,I will not be coming back to this branch. Very angry workers that are not very happy to be working there. It’s not very good for the face of chipotle’s chain when you have people like this working there.

Ordered on line at 12:30 p.m. for pick up at 2:40 p.m.  Arrived at 2:40 p.m.and my order hadn’t even been started yet.  Had to wait for it to be made.  Can someone tell me the point of ordering online???  Thanks.

Thursday 3 pm Oct 13, cashier was very rude telling us customers everything cost money, almost the whole crew had rude look on their face, not one of them greeted us or thanked us for our business. Not a nice place to eat because of the terrible customer service.

All these employees need to be replaced. They were soooo unfriendly it was uncomfortable and they gave me a soggy burrito. I have been here 3 times in the last 6 months and every time is the same.....I'm done. fyi there is a Swastika on the ceiling which is kind of a head scratcher in a jewish community.
