This is a 5 star in terms of FAST food, even though it wasn't very fast service... The burgers are nice and small, nothing extremely greasy. Had a bourbon scallion burger which was a nice interesting tasteful surprise. The shakes, were honestly nothing too special. For a place named shake shack, you'd expect that would have been the best part, but unfortunately McDonalds does it better... French fries are okay, could be more crispy. Don't bother with the cheese fries, the cheese comes from a can at the taste of it.
This place has really tasty burgers! I ordered a stack shack which has a fried portobello and I can tell is pretty delicious. I went for lunch on a Sunday and it was kinda crowded they are really popular and you'll notice why! Sitting wasn't impossible for dining in tho. The down side of this is that the facilities were a bit nasty: no clean tables, trash bins at fullest, dirty restrooms. I still give 5 stars cause flavor was really good, quality was fantastic and service was fast. If you are craving for a tasty burger then I do recommend thus place!
Burger was ok, although, bun top ice cold to the touch on the outside and tiny for the price. The fries were crispy and also ok but very thin for krinkle fries. The root beer float was good. Over all, not very good, overpriced no combo meal specials and "genderless" restrooms which is kind of a good thing except the way they present them is too "woke" for me. So I went back today, I got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich, it was very tasty, probably needs either a slightly bigger bun or put together with more care, but, again, it was yummy. I upped my rating from 3 to 4 stars, they're trying but they need to hire people more interested in serving the customers than talking loudly about their social lives and joking around.
Terrible food experience. I am sure to get a better burger many other places like Popeyes the fries were cold and not crispy. The cheese fries were meh. Cheese tastes was like melted american cheese and nothing special. No spicy taste to anything. Every food item was bland. Shrooms burger was like eating mushroom tomato onion in a bun with some melted cheese on and off. I'd not recommend for people to eat here. Also there's hot table panini next to this place and poke bowl place they both are 100 times better.
I visited Shake Shack yesterday and bought the double shack burger and the Yuzu Orange Cider. The burger itself was tasty and enjoyable, though this is a really greasy burger! More flavor so I didn't mind, but something to mention. The yuzu orange cider was very tart, like lemonade, but I really wanted to try it since its seasonal and I don't live anywhere near a Shake Shack. I would say if you don't care for the tartness of lemonade, get the half and half with some tea and I think it would literally be PERFECT! If you haven't tried it before, I would check it out. I don't think I would ever go out of my way to visit but if i'm in the area I would try out some of their other menu items.
It was just okay for me. Very greasy burgers. Very underwhelming french fries. Good service and Clean location.Food: 3/5
I love this shake shack they are so pleasant and respectful! The place is clean and they made my food pretty quickly. My food was hot, well made, and delicious! I’m closer to 2 other shake shacks but I’d definitely go out of my way to come to this one, super worth it!
Had to wait 5 mins for the only working self order kiosk. If I knew I would have had to wait that long I would have ordered from my phone. Then the food took over 10 minutes. The burger was pink in the middle. It was the same size as a value burger at McDonald's, but more expensive. Overall, just awful. Haven't been here in years and figured they might have got better, but I was wrong. Not sure how they are still in business.
Terrible experiences here. Time and time again the workers are either extremely slow or plain careless. I come back hoping for a better experience because the food is good. This time I waited 20 minutes extra on top of original pick up time for my online order and they got it all wrong. Waste of time, money and patience at this place. It looks like it's every single employees very first day.
We went to Shake Shack recently for the first time in around three years. We were really excited to try their seasonal shakes apple cider donut and pumpkin but they were out of the pumpkin shakes and we went around 11am. We spent about $30 for nuggets, a chicken sandwich, two fries, and one shake. I thought that was a little high, but everything was fresh. My only complaint was that the tables were a little dirty/sticky, and it was early in the day.
