I've eaten at this location many times with no complaints. However, tonight I made a mobile order and the portions of both bowls were extremely light. The bowl pictured which I had not eaten at all when I took the picture costed me $11.00. That is not acceptable. Quality control needs to be reviewed.
This place has just gotten to be unbearable. Our pickup orders are regularly 45 mins late and they give zero apologies or acknowledgement when you stand around for over half an hour waiting for them to make your food. Also, THIS is what $10 looks like folks - this is what my bowl looked like when I took off the lid. Just terrible all around
This place is So ridiculous I've never been to a place where people hate to work at so much that they actually are bothered by all customers, The amount of disrespect this employees give to people its insane people make these ridiculous lines and waste Half an hour waiting for something that should only take a single minute. I honestly hate this Place. Here is an amazing example of how much they care!
Unfortunately this was the last nail in the coffin for this location. We have consistently had issues with this location and tonight solidified that we will drive the extra bit to the other location nearby. Line always takes so long to get through even when you have just a few people ahead of you. Tonight my food sat on the line so long it was cold be the time I got to eat it and I ate in the restaurant. Staff is pleasant enough but also seem disinterested. Usually have food items they are out of. Restaurant is always some level of dirty from previous patrons dining in. And often see mobile orders waiting around too. I now refuse to order online because when I do the portions are blatantly skimped on. Also parking is usually a hot mess.
The staff was extremely rude. They seemed annoyed and put out of place by having customers in the store. They moved slower than molasses, we stood at the register for ten minutes before the girl finally came over to cash us out. She was the most rude one of them all. By time we actually got to sit and eat the food was cold. The food was old and not fresh at all. The dining room was a disaster. There was no ice so nothing from the soda machine came out good. My daughter's juice box was barely cold and that was in the cooler. The portion sizes were laughably.
They're was no rice of any kind. The place was a disaster. Trash was overflowing and drink station was all empty out of sodas, forks, napkins. Meanwhile there was 2 people in the back on their phones playing around. Another one in the back cooking with gloves on but was touching their face with those same gloves and went right back to cooking. This place really needs to get it together. Worst Chipotle experience I've ever had.
It's almost funny how bad this Chipotle is. I used to work for the company and this store is the worst I've ever seen. If I cared enough, I'd contact the GM. This store should be rehauled or shut down. First of all, it's dirty. Chips on the floor, lettuce everywhere, just really poorly kept. And that was just what I could see from the line. Last time I went in, the cashier left for literally 5 minutes while a line was backed up to the entrance. She came back and didn't even apologize. Had a look on her face like I should be thankful that she returned. My food was ice cold. The employees just seem like they don't care. They never apologize for inconveniences and they have loud personal conversations in the kitchen that can be heard from the dining room. They'd be better off working at Popeyes or McDonalds with their attitudes. What really makes me sad is most of the staff is the same color as me and y'all are making us look bad with this service. This is the closest Chipotle to me, but I'd rather drive further to a better location. Do better, PLEASE.
I have been coming to this Chipotle for about 9 years now and it has truly gone totally down hill. It’s sucks because it’s walking distance from my home but I prefer to drive to the altamonte location because this one is so terrible. Always FILTHY food every where, all tables dirty, drink station a mess, no napkins, utensils, ALWAYS out of everything. Last three times ive been they were out of steak, cheese. Last time I was waiting ten minutes for white rice to then have to wait another 10 min for chicken to then be told they were out of steak. Restaurant is ran by a bunch of teenagers who have terrible attitudes, Serve your food by tossing everything all over the place, are constantly giggling and joking around with each other while taking and making your order not paying attention, even on their phones right behind the counter with a line full of customers. Just terrible and this used to be such a good location. Management should truly be ashamed.
My son loves Chipotle, like could quite frankly be their spokesperson. So this is a go to, there is almost always a line, it’s chipotle but we order online. The 1 missing star is because they don’t pay attention to the details sometimes with the online orders, like light hot sauce, I ate a burrito the other day and literally had to run to the kitchen from the car to put ice in my mouth because it was sooooo spicy. After requesting light hot sauce. And spread it out a bit please.
This place is an absolute mess. I go here just because of my kiddos.. When we go the serving area is dirty and messy with food.. No one cleaning the tables that has food all over it. The floor is filled with food, no one sweeping. It's just dirty. Note to manager, please appoint a staff to clean and sweep the dining area. Staff who are serving the food should be continuously cleaning the serving areas when serving customers. I felt so dirty being inside that we sat outside in the hot sun... We're gonna stop going here.
