Customer service was adequate. Personally, I prefer something at a slightly smaller price as I am a bigger eater. But I visit the place regardless just for a burrito bowl, the taste does not disappoints.

I went today before 6:00p.m to purchase 2 burrito bowls. When I tried to pay with my debit card, their debit card machine was not working. It was only working by tapping the card on the machine. But my kind of card does not work by tapping. It only works by chip or by swapping. My balance was $34. I only was carrying $22 in cash. I asked to speak with the store manager and explained the situation. Advised his store debit machine was not working and I only had $22. Advised I'm a regular customer. He refused to take my $22 and I ended leaving one of my order. After I paid cash for one order only, the cashier at the cash register throw my other order in the garbage, rather than let me keep it with the $22 I had in cash. I got very upset with their action. They rather throwed the food in the garbage. I saw that action very not human. That is not a way to treat your regular customer. I usually stop by the store 2 or 3 times a week. Never again.

The food tastes great. Portions are minimal considering the price for everything. Dont go if you are short on funds and very hungry or are a big eater. Staff was not very friendly when I last went but was not disrespectful. Minimal decor if any and atmosphere is lunchroom cafeteria looking so if you miss elementary school lunch time this decor or lach thereof will bring you back home.

Arrived on a sunday about 45 minutes after they opened, the barbacoa was almost done and I asked how long till the next batch, she states what was left was from a fresh batch  I should of ran for the hills. I bought it anyway ‍. For the next 2 days I was hugging porcelain  that barbacoa was NOT fresh! Let's not mention the terrible customer service, attitudes everywhere. Never again!

I had the worst delivery experience at this location. I waited over an hour for my food to arrive but to make matters worst when the order arrived the packaging was sideways and all of the food leaked out inside of the bag. The queso blanco lid was left opened and all of the cheese spilled out inside of the bag. This isn’t the first bad experience I had here, I will never be ordering from this location again.

Clean, fast and somewhat healthy alternative to the more fattening competitors within the neighborhood. Salads always seem fresh. Love the vinegarette dressing. Be prepared to be in a long line that moves. It's worth the wait.

Hardly ever complain about food but for $13 I expected way more in terms of variety & portion. Ordered through uber eats, no option for tomatoes or pico not sure why. Tried to call 2x got no answer. Your busy due to corona ok but I really felt like my food was made on a production line like no personal touch regarding things I'd asked for

This place is horrible and need to go out of business, I received a half of bowl of food,  thru Uber eat , unexceptable

Despite other reviews I tried to give them a chance only because we had a discount code and I was already on Fordham. The staff has bad attitudes, they seen people outside waiting in the cold 12/20/21 after five minutes of waiting outside a rude lady final came to the door to ask people what they needed. Our order wasn’t ready even though we made it online through the app, so that was another five minutes of waiting in the cold. Then she put two full bowl orders and two drinks inside of one bag. Every spilled out because the bag was soggy from both the food and drinks. I didn’t get to taste the food is all spilled out.. moral of the story bring your own bags for your food and be prepared to wait.
