Food is as good as any other of it's franchised locations. Set up is pretty much the same. They have some outdoor seating. Establishment is located in an outdoor mall. Very nice area. Good people. Nice staff. I've always felt prices are a bit high but the food is good. Only suggestion I have is keep tables and trash cleaned more frequently. That should be 1 person's sole responsibility. Other than that this place serves its purpose. Features: None. Covid restrictions have been lifted.
What is this?????? I took ONE bite and the chicken and already knew something was off. I spat out the chicken and checked the other pieces and it was raw! The flesh was still pink and there was blood in BOTH BOWLS! I know it was an hour before closing but how about cooking everything throughly before letting people eat it. DISGUSTING. I should’ve known something was off because the chicken is usually dry as hell.
Good food but the inside was dirty! Not a single table was cleaned. And there was no ice. So it was room temperature sodas tbh. We sat outside because the weather was nice so it wasn’t so bad seating wise that day. But the no ice was sad.
Not great. They are clean and seem to have a good system in there, but this thing they call “food”… I spent money to add 4-5 things into this burrito and then actually eating it still tastes like a rubber tire. Definitely not worth paying extra money for a burrito when it can’t compete with actual Yonkers Mexican food. I understand the difference between take out and real food, but it’s a brutal realization
My friend and I went here today thinking it’d be a good place to eat since we didn’t want to come all the way back to the neighborhood for food. We get on line and someone starts taking my friends order, then starts taking mine, then another persons. Keep in mind it was the same girl. My food was left untouched and out in the open and exposed for a good while before I was asked what else I wanted in my burrito. Prior to that they didn’t have some of the toppings I wanted such as steak and lettuce. Then at the end I got a cold burrito that wasn’t as great as it usually is. It was kind of a let down, but I WILL say the workers were very patient and worked as fast as they could considering the entire mall was closing down and they had a decent line waiting for them. So shout out to the staff for trying their best to get everyone’s food out as fast as possible I really appreciated it. TL;DR: food ended up cold but workers tried their best and were kind
One of the slower Chipotle's I've been to. I know it's in a busy place but at some points they just stop letting anyone into the Chipotle to pick up their online order and give out orders in the most inefficient way possible, some guy just shouting names out the door. Also they frequently forget to do orders so if you put in an online order, they forget it, you come to pick it up, you HAVE to wait until someone bothers to make the order. They've had me waiting up to 30 minutes until someone bothered to make it, AFTER I've spoken to several people. I avoid this Chipotle frequently. Once a fire alarm started blaring and nothing was done. Nobody said "Disregard this alarm," and nobody said "evacuate."
Their service is amazing. I’ve never been to a Chipotle in NYC where you have to tell them that’s enough!!! I wish I could give more stars. The barbaco was shredded to perfection .
Stopped by today for a quick order to go for a family member and was welcomed by the most disrespectful young African-American woman who was speaking to a young man in front of me in the most condescending way, finishing off with a complete tirade of yelling and screaming that the steak the young white man requested was not available. When the young man pointed out that the steak was right in front of her, her yelling became progressively worse and included a racial epithet. Refusing to stop yelling, another young male employee finished the young man’s order. I immediately decided to leave, as I will not contribute to a restaurant that allows their employees to spew racist remarks at costumers. This young woman’s disgraceful behavior should be immediately addressed by management. That worker needs to be terminated. I will never go there again. On a related note, which is worthy of a mention, the place was filthy.
This is hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to … 1 service is beyond slow to the point of a backed up line 2 EVERY table was dirty to the point that I had to wet napkins and clean the table off for me and my girl. 3 There weren’t any hot sauces available nor did I see any on any of the tables of other patrons 4 Staff seems lazy 0/10
The worst service ever he served me with an attitude and they left me 10 minutes waiting to charge me while the staff was talking. The food was old and kitchen dirty Bay plaza Chipotle is the best.
