Unfortunately my fries were burnt, cold, and inedible, and for a company that is known for giving a large amount of fries, mine barely filled the top of the cup. ON top of that the burger bun was stale and the burger overall was subpar and not what I remember from eating here years before. The service has also gone downhill as others have pointed out. In the Cross County Shopping Center we were having dinner when an employee approached us at 10:05 pm that we had to leave now, I understand that they want to go to rest, but that is not Customer service, if not better would have said at the time of ordering that it was only to go. Great example of a Five Guys. There's just a little bit of extra care and work that makes one Five Guys better than another, and these guys did it. I could tell because my grilled onions and mushrooms were browned and cooked. Most five guys are lazy about that and those two toppings are just soggy and gross. Everything else about my food was cooked right as well. I have had a bunch of disappointing five guys orders recently out in connecticut, so this made me very happy, thus the 5 stars.
This is the way burgers get done! The store looks great and the new interior is very inviting. Those burgers and fries crush the competition. Fully loaded burger of this quality is hard to find. Get the shake and don’t look back … oh and they deliver too ?!
So I went in and stood there at the counter as two employees were talking and literally facing me waiting for me to order but how can I when they are not even attending me. It was around 8pm and there was no customer or orders so the employees had nothing to do. So they were not talking because they were busy or anything. I just stood there standing waiting as they spoke and looked at me... So as I order, the boy is taking my order and stops midway to turn around and talk to his coworkers about whatever topic they were discussing, cutting me off midway, and literally had his back turned for 6 secondsI counted. So I had to raise my voice on what was next for my order to get him to turn around. I felt ignored and that employee gave me a rude vibe. I think it is because he prefers to stand there doing nothing and talk instead of actually working....during a work shift. Do not come here, go to a different location. And if this is your only five guys option, make sure this boy does not take your order. He's short, about 4'11, light skin, the receipt says Jacob R but not entirely sure if that was indeed his name. I ordered BBQ sauce on two of my burgers. They forgot the sauce and those burgers were so dry. That mistake probably would not have happened if that boy paid attention when completing the burger. It's odd, I definitely saw him reading the order, I guess he can't read or didn't care to read properly.
Terrible service! Wait over 30 min for a milkshake until find out that the machine was broken. They didn’t even have the decency to offer refund. They were acting like everything was fine. We had to take 2 bottles of water instead.. what was cheaper than the milkshake. Our first time and the last one…never again. Expensive for what they offer..We can go else where to have burger.
Let Me start by saying that I usually love these spots, well not this one seems like staff is to busy with each other than customers, first time had cold fries and a place were the fries are the best part, not even a full cup, thanks missed on the burger too.
All i ordered from here was one large fry i waited for 20 minutes and my order never came. They wouldn’t even give me my food. I don’t recommend this place because even one order of fries will take an hour.
Very good place, very clean , food is amazing great staff
TO MUCH EXPENSIVE 9$ for a small burger
