Customer Service is horrible. Very dirty!!! Tables are dirty, visible unsanitary cooking area. Today as I was eating, I found a fly in the bowl. Though im not sure if it flew in there during my time there or when my bowl was made .. I let the manager know , I believe his name is “James”, he laughed and said “Well it’s still alive so that happened while you were eating”. He didn’t offer to remake the bowl or even reimburse me. Nor did he show any concern as a “manager”. Definitely don’t recommend spending your money in such an unsanitary , unprofessional environment.
The GM at this location is beyond unprofessional communication skills on a level of very immature & unprofessional!!! I’m not sure what the world has become but the ignorance of customer service DOES NOT exist.Management I was having a wonderful day I decided to go to this location on my lunch break. The staff was friendly when I arrived I even gave the lady a compliment who made my dish.Checkout was smooth… I returned to work as I was getting out of my new luxury vehicle the bag busted onto the floor. Remember I’m on my lunch break it’s a commute for myself. I now have to drive back to the location I have no lunch…The food is all over my clothes & shoes & seat work receipt & floor. When I arrived back I showed the lady at the register the pictures and asked to speak with a manager.I clearly stated that accidents happen. I brought the food that was left back the someone told me ok you can throw that away ??? We can remake. The manager came up she said that she wouldn’t be able to assist me because she has to cut up vegetables. But another manager would assist me. GM comes out looks @ the picture like ok no big deal. I clearly stated I do understand that accidents happen…I asked him can he please come to look at the huge mess since he truly could care less. He didn’t want to come or even talk to me. He came out to my vehicle an seen the food all over the floor of my vehicle he asked me what you want me to do? I’m not cleaning that up.!!! I responded sir of course I’m not asking you to clean this up. Never suggested anything as such. I wanted you to see how it made such a big mess & how I will have to get the driver mat & seat detailed.I asked him if he would be able to provide me with contact information of Corp number or next business associate. He stated no they aren’t going to reimburse you to clean that…. I don’t know what you did with that bag when you left???? Excuse me sir????? Are you really serious. So I have nothing better to do then to come up to Chipotle on my lunch break and claim that this happen. Maybe plastic I don’t know I’m just coming to grab lunch. He offered me a refund or remake? Never apologized I’m sorry that happen let me provide you with the 1-800 number let me give you something for your next visit. No …he gave me his tail too kiss ….but this is the GM??? Refuse to take any responsibility witch was totally unbelievable a wouldn’t make any customer comfortable happy or appreciated. He would have never reacted or spoke to any other professional woman customer in that manner.. perfect divest area Gm told me @ the register there was a 1-800 number. I didn’t see the number anywhere… I asked the staff members she wasn’t aware of the number so she asked her GM did he have the number he totally ignored her. Then I asked him was he not going to give me the phone number and he ignored me & continue to stand there as his staff worked with his hands folded like he’s the gate keeper. Yea I I recorded his behavior. I hadn’t experienced any situation that a person can clearly see what happen and blame a treat the customer like that’s your problem. In management scary No I’m sorry I’m not anyone that’s looking for any handouts I work very hard like everyone else I just wanted to be treated fairly… Thanks great example for your team!!!!!Way to Go boss!!!!
I've been a Chipotle customer for years!!! And the way they served my food tonight.. I'll probably stop going. I ordered an order of tacos and a chicken salad bowl. The serving sizes they put in the tacos were so small!! Like a tablespoon of chicken in each one. I said that can't be a serving size.. will you add more?! And some chick tells me it's gonna be extra! When they didn't even give me the serving I was charged for!! I was so shocked by that, that I didn't even realize the small amount of chicken they put in my bowl. I will be contacting the corporate office! I really think they were trying to conserve food until they closed so they wouldn't have to make more food. But wants me to pay the full price. I'm so sick of this economy!
This is consistently the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited. For my last visit ever, I got a salad. It had a tiny amount of lettuce swimming in a soupy mess. Unfortunately, this type of experience has been the norm for years. The person who made my food clearly didn’t care about it. Chipotle is not bad, but THIS store is.Food: 1/5
I come to this location all the time and most of the time I have great experiences. This one wasn't so bad , but could have definitely been better. Your associate, James, was great. He faced a small issue rolling one of my burritos, but kept his cool. The associate next to him at the register was like a bad apple within a fresh bunch. I was there around 8:26, and I'm really not sure what his problem was, but I'm sure he's had better days. Great overall visit!!
The attitudes are completely unnecessary. I just left this so called establishment. I ordered a bowl and then ordered two soft tacos. As soon as I said I would like to add two soft tacos the big lady rolled her eyes and looked at the cashier. She then proceeds to wrap the tortillas up and sit them next to the cashier. I asked the cashier, so she’s not going to fix the tacos. And the cashier was like oh I think she thought you meant tortillas. If the cashier heard me then I know she did as well. She was being rude and unprofessional. If you don’t like your job then go find another one! Side note: should’ve read the other reviews before spending my money.
I normally do not give bad reviews but this employees do not deserve working with people. The 2 servers this day was the worst servers with the worst attitude I've seen in a long time anywhere. My wife and me just want to walk away. The food was good but bowl was almost half empty. They dont said not even "hello". Looking everywhere but us like i don't care what i do or what you want. It was bad... sorry never again.
I love Chipotle’s bowls but I don’t feel like I want to go back there anymore . This location is not clean. The girl took food for me used her hand with cloves to take lettuces to put into my bowls and then she touched her hat. When I looked at her hat, it’s so dirty, like a towel you use to clean the kitchen but never wash. I liked to get my lunch there cause the food tastes good, but after today I am not confident to eat there anymore.
First off, we come to collect our online pickup order and get in the car with it. The bag says our correct order name, but has the incorrect order in the bag. Then, after going back in the store and getting the correct order, we get home to eat it and I while I am eating my bowl, I find pieces of plastic in my food that basically cut my tongue trying to eat it. The plastic looked like black beans which I ordered in the bowl but was definitely not. Feels so disgusting.
This place seems rundown. The staff didn't care that the condiment area was trashed and out of basics like napkins and forks. Serval stools are missing. The pork looked like it had been sitting for several days. They were out of a few things on the bar.Food: 3/5
